EDIT: the bread wasn’t buttered either so dropping the review from 3 stars to 2 stars. The rest of the food was very good

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket and they forget the chicken strips. Its literally in the name. Now I have eat what I have while its still warm and then drive all the way back to town to get the rest of my food. Very disappointed. Glad I wasn’t an interstate traveler or I would be real upset. But to be fair I did call them and they agreed to replace the meal when I go to town this evening so they did make it right. Just would have been nice to have the rest of my lunch

Dairy Queen is always one of my favorite places to visit, for burgers. It’s a convenient meal stop, any time of the day. The employee’s are professional in their customer service features.

I went to Dairy Queen today. Tell me why I ordered a Mint Oreo blizzard but got a regular Oreo blizzard? I was very disappointed because my son wanted a mint ice cream.

I was ordering on door dash on September 23th and all I got was 3 bottles of water. It was supposed to be chicken stripped salad bowls and hamburger and my 2 milkshake. I was so upset with that.

Ridiculous how long they took to make an icecream. Maybe hire some people with an actual work ethic instead of dancing around and goofing off in the kitchen that I can see in the window clear as day

The food was ok and the service could have been better. Not a bad location for a quick bite or treat

I eat at this DQ off and on. recently I have been stopping in on my lunch break more often over the last few weeks. A few things I have noticed that seems consistent regardless of the day of the week, time of day or how busy they are. The blizzards are always half melted, which i assume is why they don’t turn them upside down, the burgers are usually sloppily thrown together as if someone one was in a mad rush to finish so they could go to the bathroom and the drive through is always slow even with only two cars (counting mine) in it. The food tastes good, but considering how expensive their menu is, it would be nice if the blizzards were actually more solid like they are supposed to be. You’re not supposed to be able to drink them. As for the sloppily put together burgers, if drive through is not backed up due to being slammed, i think they can take a little more time and care in assembling the burgers, so it doesn’t look like it was used in a food fight. Staff seem friendly, but at the same time, there is this attitude as if they don’t really want to be there, and it shows in the presentation of food they serve.

I was helped by Sariah & she was SO NICE! I walked in and was there maybe 20 mins with a client to sit down and eat, and when I tell you she worked non-stop cleaning, organizing, sanitizing, stocking & a customer didn’t have to wait more than a SECOND for her to notice and help them! In this generation you would be surprised how their work ethic is…she’s being raised RIGHT and I really hope she can make management one day!
