Went through drive through waited 20 mins just to order then after got parked for 15 mins when food came out the bread wasn’t toasted didn’t have the right amount of tenders tomatoes in my salad when I asked for no tomatoes just awful service

I ordered an lol surprise cake for my daughter’s birthday, want to pick up the cake, there is nothing at all related to the theme that my daughter wanted. They said they didn’t do that at this location, but they could not be bothered to call me. When the clerk called the manager, the manager said to give me the cake and that they would put it in his waist, then they proceeded to charge me $34 for the cake anyway. This place is full of incompetent liars.

We just celebrated our 8th Wedding Anniversary, and was in the mood for an Ice Cream Cake, as we only get those on special occasions.
We are normally pretty lucky to always find someone there that can write a special saying on our cake, which is Totally Awesome!!
We got nearly the largest cake so we have enough to share with friends and family.

Stopped here after waiting for my grand baby in surgery all day and was hoping for a decent meal on the go. This place was such a letdown. The drive through girl was extremely rude while taking our order which was not necessary whatsoever. When I arrived at the window to pay for my order the continued to be rude by slamming the window several times. No smile, no thank you. The burgers we ordered had a TON of mustard on them, so much so that it was dripping in a pool on my shirt and lap while I was eating. Tell me that wasn’t on purpose. The food was hot and that was the highlight. They were also out of several of the flavors of their blizzards. DISAPPOINTED in this whole dining experience!

The gentleman that was taking orders kept having us repeat what we said, he probably wouldnt have had to if he wouldnt have had his ear buds in and listening to the music literally the phone was laying on the counter showing music playing. The Starkiss my wife got was partially melted and had been refrozen.
