The $7.00 meal deal is pretty hard to beat nowadays. It would be a lot better if the cheeseburger was actually hot when you get it, and they actually put the cheese on it to make it an actual cheeseburger. French fries was hot and tasty!!

Something was seriously wrong with my chicken basket. The chicken and gravy both tasted old and chalky. I couldn’t finish the food. Two stars because the service was at least friendly and the ice cream was still good quality.

Blizzards are made to perfection. Orders tend to be made with exactness if the employees are responsible. The manager however is inattentive across the board on multiple occasions. Inside service can get backed up if the drive thru is busy so wait times can get real but food is worth the wait. All in all I’m writing this review on what has to be my 20th visit in a year or so so clearly poor management hasn’t deterred me. That said I do hope and sometimes see to it that I conveniently the store manager lady isn’t there when I visit

First off the employees were fine. The 3 that I saw working. The drive-thru was backed up and people were standing around inside when I went in. It took 15 minutes just for someone to come to the cash register. When I got one of the blizzards it was about 3/4 full but I knew it wasn’t even worth my time to say anything. Definitely under-staffed and slow. Not worth your time.

The hours state they are open til 10 pm. When we went to the drive thru, we were greeted that their grill was already shut down at 9pm. That is VERY poor way to run a business.

I saw an advertisement that my favorite blizzard was back for summer. The s’mores blizzard to be exact. I got dinner from there as well as a large s’mores blizzard. Please tell me why it was only ice cream and mushy graham cracker…? Not one delicious chocolate piece in sight! Which is so sad bc it is my favorite part and why in world would I spend almost $6 on a s’mores blizzard without the chocolate? I’m a broke college student on top of that so $6 is literally splurging to me. So disappointed.

I love DQ for their Blizzards, but the staff at this location are very rude to their customers. One lady there didn’t even look at my mom when we were trying to pay for our stuff. The vibe there has just gone downhill over the years.
