Love the cheeseburgers! Chicken strips and gravy! And nothing like an old-fashioned chocolate milkshake! I prefer a old paper cup though, hate the plastic. Doesn’t even taste right that way.

Absolutely horrible. There were three of us dining in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got two chicken strips on a bun. All three of our fries were cold. We sent the fries back and asked for fresh hot ones. When we got them, they were cold as well!

I love the ice cream but the store upper management (maybe the owners, it’s a husband and his wife) are extremely rude and if you Tell them something was wrong with your previous order they tell you they were there and made it and nothing was wrong with it.
Also asked about discount for a blizzard when it was snowing and told them other DQ’s did that and the guy (again same manager) told me I was lying and just wanted something free. The only reason I go back is because I like the ice cream and the rewards program

I bought a blizzard and the lady did the ole turn cup upside down trick it fell out on to the floor. Looks at me told me I have to buy another one if I would like it to be remade. Horrible. Then the manager is smoking outside the front door. Horrible place it should be shut down.

The manager can not speak clear English. He spoke over us the entire time we were trying to order. He rung up the wrong blizzard and then when we told him we got the wrong ice cream he was extremely rude and argued with us. We had a vehicle of 8 people who heard what was ordered. He refused to make it right. We will never be back.

I’ve been here numerous times over the past several years. This place has declined quickly. The quality of the food is the only reason my review wasn’t 1 star. They shouldn’t be allowed to call this restaurant a “fast food” restaurant. If you use the drive through, expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes. If you dine in, you may wait 1 minute for your food or 20 minutes. The last time I ate here is what prompted this review. I went inside to order 1 blizzard, there was nobody in line to order, just me. They saw me, but I stood there for over 5 minutes before someone took my order. While the young man was taking my order, I heard arguing in the back. After I sat down to wait for my blizzard, I saw a fight break out in the back. A few minutes later one of the kids yelled, saying he’s done. He then promptly walked out and left. The kid who brought my blizzard out, said that the guy quit because he didn’t want to wash the dishes… calling my experience here unprofessional would be a massive understatement.

Worst Customer Service EVER! We have had bad customer service in the past so we haven’t visited for a long time. Today we decided to give it another try. After spending $30 on hot food we decided to get some ice cream. My parents and I each ordered off of our individual apps. My parents order came promptly with no issues. I was told that my order didn’t show up on the screen. I showed the lady at the front My receipt. She told me she couldn’t make my ice cream because it didn’t show up on the screen. After 5 minutes of arguing my point that I paid for the food and her telling me to cancel my order, which is impossible on the app and she couldn’t even show me how to do it, and her telling me to just place the order again, which would have made me pay for my food twice, she FINALLY agreed to make my food. Even though she did the right thing in the end, I was sick to my stomach after all of the arguing it took to get her to do it. She made sure and told me at the end that she isn’t supposed to make orders that aren’t on the screen. Apparently this is even if you have proof you paid. The owners really need to work on their customer service.
