Made a spur of the moment decision to pick up some treats to take home. Despite being mid-January and 30° outside, this DQ was busy! There were a few cars in the drive thru line so we parked and went in. There were multiple tables full and 3 groups in line in front of us. The crew that was working in there tonight was on top of it. The man at the register was focused and polite, and also very detail oriented (customer in front of us gave him a pickup name, and the employee made sure to clarify the name since there were 2 pickup orders with similar names). Someone who I assume was a manager type employee was off to the left working on some sort of food prep, and as soon as she noticed that there were more than a couple of people in line she quickly finished up and came right out to the register – smiling, helpful, just actually seemed happy.
We ordered one hot food item and 6 ice cream items and everything was ready quickly. The assumed manager woman even came out when our order was up to offer to assist with lids and getting everything ready to go.
Every item was made exactly as ordered. Excellent service and product tonight.

Slushie was literally liquid
I very upset that I am still sitting in drive thru waiting on my food .. order was placed at 1043 and the only thing they managed to bring me was my ice water.. OMG they finally brought me my food it’s 1056am. Slushie machine is down …thank goodness they offered a replacement

Don’t come here for banana splits. Both bananas were covered in bruises (usually this is fine but this was overboard and disgusting). The insulting part was them trying to use the whip cream to cover it all up. Please do better!! To me that shows you are fully aware you are putting a bad product out. You can’t claim ignorance on that.

Despite forgetting our number card for one of the orders they brought the correct food to our table! The establishment was very clean and the employee flipped all of our blizzards upside down in an impressive display of their thickness. The food was all really great and we had a pleasant time there before a meeting.

Went through the drive thru around 5pm today to get three blizzards. The two medium blizzards were not blended but just on the top. Therefore the bottom third of the blizzard was just vanilla soft serve. Did not know the Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard was made with vanilla soft serve until today. That doesn’t make much sense.

I needed to be in Muncie on business and had to pick up a quick easy bite to eat. This DQ was unusually great fast food experience thanks to Suzanne who was exceedingly kind and helpful. She told me they charbroil over a flame so that sold me on the burger which had that open fire char flavor we all love. The burger was piping hot! She told me about a $7 meal deal that included a drink, single burger, small fries and a tiny chocolate dipped ice cream. The ice cream cone was a fun treat because I haven’t had one in probably 20 years. If you want a quick burger try this location. I don’t think all stores are this good.
