Service was fine, but the food was not up to par at all. My food was barely warm as if it had been sitting out for a while, and both mine and my boyfriend’s fries were stale. There was also no ice in our drinks for some reason?

Great place to go if u are into ice cream. Especially blizzards. I also like their chicken strips and soft pretzels with cheese. The service is decently fast, as well. I will be going back in the near future. Don’t forget, that if they don’t hold ur blizzard ice cream upside down before giving it to u, then I believe u get your next blizzard either free or at a discount!!!

I was very dissatisfied with our visit to this Dairy Queen today. Did a mobile order. Asked for extra ranch for my chicken strip basket which I paid for, wasn’t in there. Happens often. My fiancé went in to get it. They gave me one that had a dead nat stuck to the outside. He took that one back for a new one. Then he went to eat his burger and they put toppings he asked to be removed. He took it back in and then they left off a topping he did ask for. They also didn’t give us napkins which is annoying when eating greasy food. I normally don’t complain, but how many times does it take to get it right. And it is also disgusting that there are dead bugs on the ranch containers that go in the boxes with the food.

Worst Dairy Queen in Muncie. Visited recently shortly after they opened. It took probably 5 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thru. The lady working was very rude and said multiple times that my food would be awhile because they just opened. I didn’t mind waiting, but she was acting like I inconvenienced her entire day just by eating there. The next two visits after that, the employees were great but food tasted really old.

Just tried the new FLAMETHROWER and it was quite delicious. Great flavor and a good amount of heat. The service at the drive thru was very polite and easy to hear and understand. There was a fairly long line but it was well worth the wait.

A little disappointed tonight with our visit. Didn’t wait too long in drive thru which was good for once but got 2 blizzards and a large cone and the blizzards were melted and liquid and when he handed me my cone it was melting all down the sides already. I had to ask for napkins because it was already dripping. And for a large cone one little melted blop on top isn’t a “large” cone. I feel like I’m paying for just a cone size. You would think a large cone got at least 2 or 3 levels, not 1 melted. Maybe one day they can get better at that.

My husband went to this Dairy Queen to get us some food and he had ordered me French fries and gravy. When he returned home, the employees of this location did not put the gravy in the bag so he had to go back for it since we paid for it. When he returned home they gravy was ice cold. When he went back to the restaurant the employees working were on their phones and it’s no wonder they couldn’t get a simple order right the order and served cold food. This is why fast food workers deserve to be paid minimum wage. This also seems to be a theme with all restaurants in Muncie and we will not be going back to any of the Dairy Queen’s in this town.

They charged me 7.50 for a chicken basket and don’t give me any toast …I told them I want the basket WITHOUT the drink they charge me for it anyway? The food was so Terrible i laughed and gave the rest of my gift card back to the person who gave it to me. Make it better.

We stopped at Dairy Queed today for something light. I wasn’t hungry so I had a blizzard and my grand daughter had the chicken finger meal with a med. Blizzard. Both blizzards were wonderful and I will probably return for another and I am sure my grand daughter will also.

I came into your store today to buy a milkshake and a hot fudge Sunday for my children. I informed your employee that one of my daughters has a nut allergy and asks that she just be careful with anything coming in contact with the milkshake due to said allergy.As I already knew DQ does have nuts but she also made sure I was aware of this making sure my daughter would be safe by letting me know as well. She was most helpful and very kind in doing so making sure everything was clean that would be used making the milkshake so that my daughter would not be at risk. It is employees like her that make it safe for children who have such allergies and are able to still go to places enjoy these fun things in life. So giving a recognition to Ms Falon at this location. I just want to say thank you very much for letting a kid be a kid. Not sure what I did with my receipt for your proof of purchase but it was approximately 430ish 5-25-2022 1 med Hot fudge Sunday and 2 Med Chocolate Milkshakes at the drive thru window.
