The customers were rude and acting out. Complaining. I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer spread throughout my other organs. They were so rude to me just trying to get out the door. All I wanted was a delicious chicken strip basket. When I got it home it was nice and hot. So flavorful. Just what I wanted for my birthday. You guys work so hard behind that counter and people don’t act right. I just want to say thank you. You made my horrible day better. Thanks DQ.

Bought a box of buster bars the night before. But I’d also bought an ice cream so I didn’t open them when I bought them. The next night when I opened them they were all crushed up and broken and I knew it hadn’t been from me. I took them back up there to try and exchange them. The young girl at the register was very understanding and immediately tried to make the situation right, she was very professional and sweet
She took them to the manager and they switched them out and even gave me a blizzard. Always great customer service when I come here and very quick even when they’re busy.

Ice cream was good. One of five blizzards were wrong. Both of the people at the window were having an amazing time goofing off and telling stories to each other. they forgot what we had ordered and all our blizzards just sat at the window while we waited. I mean come on I know it’s fast food but really ?

Short line at the drive thru, long wait to place and receive the order. Order was wrong, and we had to wait again to get the correct size blizzard, but then they charged us for the large and refunded the small, even though it was their error. We had to wait for the replacement blizzard, and when I asked why the up charge, they said I would have to wait for the manager. We left unhappy with the service, but the food was good.

Who doesn’t like Dairy Queen?! I drove through for a chocolate soft serve ice cream cone on a hot day and it hit the spot! You can’t go wrong at the DQ! It’s summer in a cone!
