A Dairy Queen sausage biscuit has always been a go to of mine. I live in Louisville and every time I go to a Louisville location, my biscuit is over cooked and hard.
So I decided to try this location.

Correct me if I’m wrong, because it’s been over 20 years since I’ve had one, but aren’t the Blizzards supposed to be solid insomuch that the employee flips them upside down to demonstrate this?
We stopped in this afternoon and ordered a large mint oreo and a small new York cheesecake blizzard each. When we first entered there was a guest standing at the counter waiting on his order. People we assumed were employees, as none had on any uniform of any kind, rushed about in a nearly empty store, ignoring us completely. The other guest informed the employee that his order was ‘for here’ which seemed to irritate them as they now had to go get a tray, which was dirty and offer it to him without so much as wiping the previous guests food particulates off.
Finally the employee took our order, then wandered off to the section with the Blizzard making equipment. We watch for approximately 10 minutes as they place the store doing other things. I notice that they finally went to make our order after I made a comment to my partner about if they were ever going to make them.
When they were placed on the wall haphazardly I noticed that there seemed to be something melted on the outside of the container. When we got the so called Blizzards they were the guests of ice cream that’s sat out in the sunlight on a hot summer day, very mushy consistency and not even remotely frozen to the consistency of an actual blizzard.
The service was appalling, the store was filthy, and the order was just all kinds of wrong. I’m not sure as to how this store stays in business.

I’m disappointed with the lack of blizzard they handed me. I ordered a large Oreo blizzard and received a large cup that was an inch and a half from being full. The drive through employee even squeezed the cup to make it appear fuller. I payed $7.48 for a ¾ full large blizzard. They used to be past the top of the cup. So they raised their prices and cut back the amount they put in the cup. Might have to start just getting my frozen treats from Culver’s. They have similar frozen treats as the blizzard and theirs are over full and cost less. Totally unsatisfied.

Don’t waste your money on this place. You can get far better for less just about anywhere else along State Street. Only vehicle in the drive thru at lunch time and it still took 20 minutes after they had us pull up to get our food. Fries were barely filled and cold. Hot dog tasted like it had been sitting there since they opened. Tea was gross. Should’ve known better when it took the worker over 5 minutes to get our order right at the speaker and had an attitude about almost everything.
Not sure how or why we had to wait that long for food that wasn’t even remotely fresh. Spent close to $50 for a chicken strip basket, a kids meal, 2 sandwiches, and a drink. Unless you’re stopping in for breakfast, I wouldn’t waste my time here.

Very rude and dishonest. Ordered 2 chicken strips baskets that come with Sundaes. My order was brought out without the sundaes. I was then told that I didn’t order any and there are coupons in the bag in exchange. I then look in the bag and no coupons to be found.

I enter the restaurant and ask for the sundaes. I am then told again that I didn’t order any. The lying drive thru worker then hollered for the manager. The manager yelled from the back “I’m not here I know that guy wants hired I’m not doing any hiring”.

She then showed her face when she found out it was a disgruntled customer. A shouting match ensued with her defending her employee and overall poor customer service.

I wasn’t mad about not getting the sundaes, I was mad about getting lied to. I have my own business and would never dream of treating my customers the way they do.

I visited on Nov. 7th 2018…the drivethru was very slow. I waited for 15min as the only drivethru customer. I presumed i was waiting on fresh food or something. Sadly, this wasnt the case. Below are pics of the fries i recieved at this location. Ill let the pics speak for themselves.

Very slow. Went drive thru. Ordered food and blizzards for home. Got blizzards right away. But 20 minutes to get our food. Had to put blizzards in freezer. Very dissatisfied.
