Bought 4 piece chicken baskets and they wanted $2 extra for sauce including ketchup. No sauce was given whatsoever. Will never go back, service here is trash.

Placed an order for a peanut buster parfait with extra peanuts and hot fudge with a medium fresh fry (attached). Then, the young man who brought me my food has his dirty fingers on the part of my spoon that I put in my mouth, so I came hone to luterally wash my spoon. Then my fudge on my parfait tastes burnt, and I have more peanut skin in my ice cream than actual peanuts. This is completely unacceptable.

Tried a few times during week day lunch. Under staffed. Wait is too long. Soda machine broken. Apparently no shift manager on duty. One cashier & one cook. Not worth the aggravation. Update: pulled in out of desperation for ice cream, they had an apparent new cashier employee who couldn’t operate the register. I blame the manager who hired her for that position. And blame the shift manager for not coaching her better. Two other nonchalant confident male employees out front, one at the ice cream area and the other at drive thru. She had to keep asking them for help. Maybe train cashier lady on ice cream. As she couldn’t handle the register. Anyway, the modern colorful menu board rotates too fast. Food is poor quality. Soft serve ice cream products satisfactory although seems over-priced.

Stopped by for Friday evening dairy dessert. no other patrons inside. drive thru busy. treats prepared and opted to eat inside their dining room. staff seems on point and friendly. employees constantly walking food outside to vehicles. two treats were $9.00. seemed kind of expensive. being one small blizzard and one medium dipped cone.

Went for lunch break. Spent 30 plus minutes waiting for 2 meals. Only for them to have lost one of the orders. Then forgot some of the order still. This I’d the second time in 3 months I’ve went there. Both times same thing happened. I will not come back. On top of that food cold, paid 20 bucks for a meal and it’s in trash.

We went here tonight. Usually their food and staff is good. Not tonight. We got in the drive thru at 8:55pm there were 2 cars in front of us. The car in front ordered 1 Sunde and a blizzard. Not sure what the first car orders but we did not leave the drive thru until 9:29pm. I ordered a $6 meal cheesburger and my husband got a dipped cone. I get home…I live less than 2 minutes away an my friend are FREEZING cold and my burger has so much mustard the bun is soggy and it is inedible. The staff a the window opened it, snatched the card/swiped it and handed it back. Didn’t speak a full sentence to us. Just handed our food out the window.i will not be returning. Next time I want ice cream I will go to chillers.

New everything except the service. Awful location. Closed 2 locations and plunked down in the middle of retail Hell. It used to be worth the interminable wait for a treat now and then, but not in this area. Too many other options.
