I hate sounding like a jerk but the line is always so incredibly long and you’ll be sitting there FOREVER. The fries are usually pretty stale tasting and obviously not fresh. The ice cream is okay but it’s always dripping out of the sides of the cup and it’s sticky and gross. Again I hate to sound like a jerk but 90% of the staff here is like high school kids and I’m assuming this is why the quality isn’t good and the carelessness is so apparent. I understand the need to hire young people so they can get their experience in the work force, but they should definitely be being supervised more closely to ensure quality of the business.

I never leave a review on company’s, but this was ridiculous, took forever with 3 cars in line, I ordered a thing of cheese curds that I didn’t get, and this was the portion that you get I guess with the $13 4 piece basket

Very very disrespectful workers. There was one man taking our order and he was so kind. The girls in the back were being so mean to him. We waited on our milkshake for 20 minutes. He asked the girls where it was and they told him to “make it himself” when the girl finally made it she shoved it on counter and said “not getting whip because don’t have any.” One person ordered a chocolate dipped cone and it sat there for 5 minutes melting until he asked someone to come get it for him. One person ordered three banana splits and the worker in the back said ughhhhh May as well ordered 10! This was a very unfortunate experience. $27 and left feeling very disappointed. Won’t be back anytime soon. I hope they can find better workers that are more respectful.

Asked about a veggie burger, they had none. That’s fine. Asked about the pretzels on the menu. They had none. Went with a large fry -well done- with ranch and ketchup. The total came to $5.01, which I initially thought I had misunderstood because that seemed high. We waited in the drive thru for quite a while. We were charged $0.69 for the ranch. Which wasn’t a super big deal but would have been nice to know. The large fry wasn’t all the way full. They certainly weren’t well done, except for the mystery gob of grossness in the bottom of the box. And we didn’t even get napkins. That was $5 wasted. I wouldn’t go back and couldn’t recommend. Pizza Hut is right next door though.

For a $7.00 salad I’d expect something at least close to what’s advertised…
“Along with the chicken bites and romaine and iceberg lettuce, the Rotisserie-style Chicken Bites Salad Bowl is jam-packed with a symphony of delectable flavors. On top of the lettuce, next to the non-breaded chicken bites, are lush diced tomatoes, savory bacon, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and shredded cheddar cheese. And to top it all off is a blanket of house-made Hidden Valley Ranch or your choice of dressing.”
No romaine, deep fried rotisserie chicken, no cabbage, no carrots, no cheese and no dressing.
UPDATE: Returned for replacement salads and was promised what was advertised…. Manager tells me corporate discontinued the salad with romaine, cabbage and carrots. Didn’t get bacon either. See second picture. Also had to ask them to change gloves after watching them prepare other salads after handling raw beef and chicken. Just not what DQ used to be.
Update#2: Returned to try again, not impressed. No hair coverings on anyone including kitchen staff, flies everywhere, employees rubbing their nose and eyes then touching ready to eat food.

Chicken strips dry, overcooked. Onion rings…way overcooked. Fries as bad as always. Gravy good, bread barely toasted. Won’t go back again. Service half way decent.

We ordered in the drive-through, one vehicle ahead of us, nobody behind. We were told to pull around the front, and they would bring our order out. 10 minutes later, i walked in to get our food, and they had forgotten about us. The food was sitting there.

We always have a good experience at this Dairy Queen location. Overall great service, and the wait isn’t too bad even when they’re extremely busy. Good prices, and my wife and I love the dipped cones and Mister Misty slushes!
