Filled my blizzard up so much that it was spilling over the top as I tried to drive home. Love the amount, a lid would be appreciated though. Had to dump it into a bowl since touching the cup at all caused it to spill over just to find out the bottom half of my blizzard wasn’t mixed and was just vanilla ice cream. Paid almost $7 for half a blizzard and plain vanilla icecream

I just left Dairy Queen after one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I waited in line for 36 minutes, only to be handed 5 completely melted Blizzards (spilling all over before i even parked). Not one of them was flipped as Dairy Queen advertises( i requested twice). When I parked and went inside to politely ask why they were melted, the cashier (Claudia) immediately went on the defensive, She told me I “shouldn’t have driven off if they were melted” and even said that if I was “nice” to her she might consider remaking them. After waiting that long and being handed melted ice cream, the last thing I expected was an attitude from the staff of n something that could’ve been remade and a simple issue would t have resulted in this but We won’t be back! Whether she personally made them or not doesn’t change the fact that she handed me melted Blizzards and dismissed my concerns. Absolutely unacceptable service. This location needs serious improvement in both speed and customer service.

The kitchen was absolute chaos. Took them 30 minutes to fulfill a takeout order of 2 burgers, 1 salad, and a couple blizzards. They appeared to forget about my order several times.
Google sent me to grubhub to order take out (no delivery), said it was no extra charge, but ordering through grubhub cost me $8 more than in-store prices.

No changing table makes it hard on a man’s. Luckily the food was awesome and the workers were pleasant. Clean restaurant also.

I asked the workers to wipe off the counters since there was layers of filth all over and on the floor. A worker told me they were busy. I said it takes 10 seconds to wipe off and counter because of cross contamination. The supervisor told them to wipe off the counter and the worker made an announcement to the entire restaurant that it would take longer for their orders because they are cleaning off the counter. I cursed at the worker and was told to leave and asked to refund only my part of the order but they refunded my familys order and they had nothing to do with the exchange. I was fine with being told to leave but the disrespect from the worker was unnecessary and not maing my familys order was also unnecessary. It literally took them 10 seconds to wipe off the counter. Busy or not, no one wants to eat filthy food or be treated like crap.

For some reason it’s like they don’t like to be helpful. An have poor communication when addressing issues with manager. Has happened to me more than once.
