I’ve been here a few times in my life when I was younger. I’ve been here with my friends and her sisters and my sisters. This is your standard Dairy Queen. It is a bit small at this location and atmosphere inside. But the service was good. I remember my friend filled out a survey from a receipt and got a free Dilly Bar ✨️ and I did the same. Excellent service, I had no problem here. I loved the service was good. It’s fun to be out here in the summer☀️✨️ sitting outside.

We ordered chicken strip baskets with gravy. When we got home and opened the gravy there was less than a tablespoon of gravy in the container. It didn’t even cover the bottom there was so little! There were also very few fries. This place has gone downhill fast.

Went here around when new haven school got out, everything was fine and ordered correctly but food was slightly incorrect when received I ordered sauce and tossed chicken tenders and got regular tenders instead. I ate inside before the rush, I didnt mention anything because to me it was not a big deal. But the person at the register was super nice and friendly and did read off everything correctly. Blizzard was made good and timely and even during the rush food was still brought to us by worker hand. I recommend this location for how good the food was honeslty everything was hot and fresh.

The New Haven Dairy Queen has been a staple of New Haven for a very long time since I was a kid. I remember walking across the street and going there on our half days or after school or during the summer when we were at your pool. The owner who had it was the nicest guy ever, and I’m not sure if he still owns it or somebody else does since they did the remodel. However, a little bit of time in between there the service wasn’t up to par but lately these last few weeks when my kids and I have stopped, they have been absolutely amazing and great service. I think one young man who I’ve had a few times is a manager and he has dark hair with glasses and he has the best customer service an attitude towards us and his coworkers that I have seen. So I just wanted to give that young man a shout out because he is doing a great job and Continuing the tradition. Thank you.

I actually like to come here for their normal food as well as the ice cream. Their burgers taste like they were cooked on a backyard grill and it hits a special spot. And their ice cream is great, with many options to choose from. The staff are friendly here, but sometimes it can be a bit slow at times.

They were such a mess they couldn’t serve me ice cream due to my peanut allergy and so much contamination. The manager said anything behind the counter she wouldn’t feel comfortable serving me. This was after we paid and waiting 15 min to even order. Never have I ever been denied service from Fort Wayne Dairy Queen. But hey at least they told me.

Just to explain some of the ratings and why I gave them. One, they are not staffed to serve the customers. They are definitely don’t have the man power. Either they called in or the scheduling wasn’t done correctly. Two, went to come in and the one door was still locked. Had to walk over to the next door to enter the restaurant. Four, came into the restaurant and it looked pretty dirty. Floors were dirty, flies everywhere, tables are dirty. As I was sitting here at the table. They went over and locked the patio door after I told them the side door was locked. Now, onto the food, fries were warm and the sandwich was half way decent. Wasn’t hot, but wasn’t cold either. I think the fast food restaurant can do a lot better.

Went and got a frozen hot chocolate. It’s literally the only thing I ever get from dairy queen bc I’m obsessed. I get mine and notice first it’s a lot lighter in color than it usually is and no chocolate drizzle. I taste it and I’m instantly disappointed. It tastes like a cold chocolate milk. So I turn around and go in to tell them and they tell me “well we can make it again but it will be the same” and didn’t remake it. I know for a fact it was made incorrectly, just by the color alone and the taste. There is NO taste of hot chocolate and like I said, I’ve had this a lot so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. So now I paid almost 6$ for something I didn’t even want, a frozen chocolate milk which if u can imagine isn’t even as good as a regular Chocolate shake. Disappointed, as I’ve never had any issues at this Dairy Queen but it’s all i Have been wanting and craving all day and it just made me super sad. Someone made it incorrectly and just trying to cover up for it and didn’t even remake it for me.

Absolutely horrible staff rude and disrespectful. Specifically guy working the window and the microphone in drive thru. Shoving food in the car, no receipt, and very rude. Awful customer service. Went at 8:25 2/19/26.
