Wish I could give zero stars! $17.00 for a meal that was undercooked and the other half raw bacon and dried out patties and throw it all away and instead of a refund can only get a replacement and coupons!!! Keep your nasty food keep your coupons why would I want to come back and try that a second time I’m not trying to get food poisoning I’ll just contact the better Business bureau and try to get my money that way! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable all the way across the board!!! No wonder the place was empty and I was only customer makes sense now! Everybody else in the area already knows to stay away! I even offered to let the manager look at the food and witness it and didn’t even seem to care so I’ll forward it to the health department and let them see it see what they think! The manager should have offered my money in a refund right then and there the minute I contacted her but nope no refund and only coupons why should they take a loss that’s only for the customer I guess!! Update it has been five+ days now and I have called corporate office multiple times regarding getting a refund and the same from the owner absolutely no response!!! Absolutely pathetic you can spend your heart and money have to throw your food away get promised the world to end up getting nothing but ripped off!!!! I think maybe I’m going to get a picket sign and go out there on 23 and get everybody’s attention to drives in there maybe that will get the owner’s attention!!! VANDNA PATEL this is unacceptable!!!!!!

First time ever ordering an ice cream cake from there and let me tell you I was not disappointed. This cake is legit the coolest freaking cake Ive ever seen! They followed my vision perfectly and were incredibly helpful and patient.

I took my wife and handicap son here for dinner. The handicap parking was not plowed and neither was the handicap ramp. I went in and asked for a shovel to clear the ramp at least but it had been so long since it had been cleared it was iced. I ended up clearing what I could to get him in the store but did damage his chair due to lack of them keeping it clear for guest. Very disappointed

Took a half hour to get to order and get my food my food was sloppy and items were missing in the baskets. They are also always out of stuff today it was three thing before I even ordered and then another was told when I tried to order it.

The service of the workers here should be noted first, as it was exceptional. They really do a great job and are so sweet!
Corporate should get a good look at how downhill this place is getting to be though. The umbrellas on the patio wouldn’t open because the pin that goes in was missing from all except one. There’s a good amount of water damage to the ceiling INSIDE the restaurant where people sit right below. And bar stool seats that need fixed and definitely aren’t attended to. These poor workers deserve a place that is safe and put together nicely. I’m sure they have to deal with complaints consistently.
C’mon, this is Granger! If I had to guess, this store will be shut down within a year for not properly maintaining the property.

Ordered through Grubhub for my birthday, since their location seemed to be the only one that carried ice cream cake since I couldn’t find ice cream cake on the menu for the dairy queen by where I live. This restaurant didn’t mess up my order at all. The cake tasted really good as did the Oreo fudge blizzard and the strawberry shake.

Came to the Granger location specifically to get the new Crunchin’ Cookie dip. When we arrived the people behind the counter were reluctant to take our order. They were out of Crunchin’ Cookie dip and weren’t sure how long it would take to make the rest of or order, which was only 4 things (and two sodas). The Freestyle machine in the lobby was out of all of the regular soda and only had diet. Many tables were dirty. We got our food while we waited at the counter. We had one car in front of us and the wait time was around 5 minutes. The soft serve ice cream cone must have been sitting on the counter for that amount of time. It was soupy and soggy. No napkins given and the milk shake was not properly mixed. We spent $27.15. The staff was not very friendly.
