Every time I have gotten food here it has been poor quality. The burger patties taste different than other locations too. I quit going here but door dash will occasionally bring me food from here. I wish I could specify location when I order. Today my cheese curd dish was half full. Of those about 5 of them were burnt empty shells void of cheese. My flamethrower sauce I paid extra for was only 1/3 full. Burger patties tasted weird. My shake was sloppy and melty. Shameful.

This location is usually very friendly. The manager when I’ve seen her is always very nice.
However I’ve ordered this exact sandwich twice, and been sent out a cheeseburger with a little piece of bacon.
If you are going to charge me for the Bacon Cheeseburger Grill burger please provide me with the correct sandwich. I ordered it for a reason because I wanted everything on it.
What’s so difficult about this sandwich that now 2 times you’ve completely messed up the sandwich???
And if you are out of the items on the sandwich then you should tell the customer.

First mistake they made my chicken tender meal incorrect, manager had me pull up wait and fixed it this took about 15 mins. I got about 3 mins down the road and realized I didn’t have one of the 3 ice creams I ordered bc of the previous issue so I go back they give it to me. I get home and my other 2 ice creams are completely melted and soup bc of all the waiting so I had to put them in the freezer . Then when I finally could eat my reese craze Blizzard I see it’s literally only vanilla ice cream in the cup!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would $23 down the drain.

The workers were kind, you have to get your own ice cream if you want it before the meal, food was good but added items to both burgers we did not want or like. The restaurant was clean and we were the at supper time.

Dairy Queen has always been in that same place on the corner since I was a child. I’m 54 now I believe that is a staple in the community. They also have a program that others can pay it forward with buying a meal for the homeless. Dairy Queen unlike the others seems to still have the thought that the members of the community are who keep the doors open. Rich or poor everyone matters there. Thank you

Came in today to grab a late lunch. The receipt says “Annie” may have helped me in taking my order. I had a bit of a customized burger with adding things and removing some things that I wanted and didn’t want. The cashier was extra nice about it. My food came out fairly quickly and even with a 5 minute drive home the fries were still a bit too hot to eat, which is excellent! The burger was the best burger I’ve had in a while at a fast food establishment. Just felt I wanted to give my praise to this locations cashier and whoever was cooking that day as too many people run to give negative reviews and not give the recognition when things go well.
