Our order was cold and had a bread tag in my husband’s burger. This is not the first time we’ve been given substandard food and service! Never going back again! My husband is on his way to show the inept staff what he choked on!!! Calling the health department to report the egregious violations of this establishment!

My family and i have always had a great experience here but this time I ordered a number 1 with no sauce but instead i got a burger with only meat patty and cheese nothing else. If i wanted a small 2 for 4 cheese burger i would have order that instead of spending 12 on a meal that wasnt correct. Im also disappointed that when i showed id for military discount the lady rudely stated they didnt offer that and walked off. Well you do. And that made my experience worse. I called and Sherry offered to fix the incorrect order but at this point im beyond over it. I should have went else where.
