Stopped for ice cream for the fam. Would be 5 stats if it wasn’t for my ice cream being made incorrectly. I got the turtle pecan cluster. It’s supposed to have “chocolate shavings,” but as seen in the photo, it was made with chocolate ice cream. Ruined it for me. When I went back inside, I asked what this ice cream was. I was told they just put chocolate shavings but use vanilla ice cream. No way that’s vanilla ice cream. Disappointing.

We were very disappointed when we visited this DQ a few days ago. The employees were not enthusiastic to do their job, and the overall service was slow. Besides that, almost everything we ordered was either wrong or of disappointing quality. Our 6 piece chicken strip basket had 5 chicken strips. The plain cheeseburger we ordered came out with all the works. The mini blizzard was barely filled 3/4 of the way.
Quick service and enthusiasm require nothing but effort. It is quite disappointing when employees- whether fast food or otherwise- are not putting in effort to give customers a satisfactory visit. One visit may not be a good representation of the establishment as a whole, but from my one experience there, I would not recommend.
