Order was completely wrong. I ordered a chocolate blizzard with brownies, cheesecake, and pretzels. I was told there wasn’t pretzels, thats fine i want brownies and cheesecake. Chicken has changed in the Chicken strip basket. Down graded. Purchased a cake as well. DQ frozen ice cream cakes are always a crowd pleaser. Walked in. Counter service was clean and friendly. Always clean parking lot and inside store.

Continually get disappointed by hebron dairy queen. Orders are often wrong, or forgotten (didn’t realize ice cream was missing until i got home, had to go back the next day to pick it up), food is often sub par to that of other dairy queens. I leave this review in hopes that they see it and improve. I will be going a little further for the demotte dairy queen more often now.

Ordered a #5 combo n got a single patty burger with far too much mustard. The fries are horrid, no salt/flavour, everytime I go there its a cold burger, this time is warm af n still is f~cked up in more ways than just a cold burger.

Needs work. I love DQ’s rotisserie bites chicken basket, but when I got it here it was super dried out like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a couple hours. And they were out of the toast that comes in the baskets but didn’t tell me until after I’d paid and they brought my order. That said, the staff was all nice and attentive.
