I’ve always loved Dairy Queen and how involved they are in the community but it’s sad to see the quality decrease in food and service recently it seems. Gravy is watery anymore , chicken tenders are chicken nuggets. I know a lot of it isn’t their fault and coporate decisions , but it’s getting harder to justify going. ( I waited about thirty minutes with one other person in drive thru for this render )

The people that are working there are wonderful! They are nice, friendly and courteous! All around a great atmosphere whether you’re dining in or ordering through drive thru! Hats off to all of the employees! Great work!

I go here almost every week on my lunch break. Friendly workers, fast service, and my order always comes out fresh and accurate. I also prefer it over the local subway as they have guest wifi. I recommend the “meal deal,” $7 for a meal and dessert.

We ordered two 6pc chicken strip baskets and I was surprised when I opened mine that there’s nearly enough chicken to fry ratio. If I ordered a 4pc I’d expect this amount of fries. But for a 6pc? I would have thought it would have been half and half ratio. IDK, If I’m wrong or right… just a question is all. Overall though, this Dairy Queen, is usually on point! No complaints other than the chicken strip ratio to fries w/ a 6pc meal.

Went to this location numerous times with over an hour left til close, and have gotten told they are only serving vanilla because the machine is getting cleaned. My latest attempt happened the same way and when asked why they clean the machine an hour and 15 minutes before they close, a woman came over the speaker and aggressively told me it takes an hour to clean so that’s why it’s not available. I’m not a manager but I would think you could schedule someone to work an hour after you close to take care of this. I’m done going to this location.

The quality of the food at this location is trash. The burgers taste like microwave patties. The chicken is average. The hot dogs are hard to mess up, yet they did it by taking it off of the 2 for 5 mix and match. So it’s 4 bucks for a plain hot dog. I’m not sure if they’re privately owned or franchised. I’m assuming privately, since their consistency and food quality is pretty off base from most DQs

Very slow in the drive thru, takes 15 minutes for each car. Slowest place ive ever been too for a drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.
