The food here is consistently delicious. Their cheese burger combo with no cheese is a delicious option for folks who want a good burger without dairy. The fries are tasty, they have a good balance of saltiness and potato flavor. Neither one overpowers the other.

I love the Griffith location. The ice cream treats are always delicious, & my kids and I have been regulars here for years. During the covid pandemic of 2020, we would go on “ice cream dates” and wait 30+ minutes in line just for the goodness of these treats! Even during crazy busy times like that, the staff always had smiles on their faces and made the experience worth the wait☺️ only downside is the exit back onto Ridge Road. Sometimes it takes a few to have clearance to turn back onto the road, but that’s no fault of theirs. Just the location & heaviness of traffic on the road.

I love me some DQ and I rarely frequent no other place for ice cream. Now, I’ve brought my group to this location on numerous occasions. However, today made it the last. The manager Emily made an error in order and then was rude about her mistake. Nothing warranted that level of horrible customer service and we’ll take our business elsewhere.
