Let me start off, saying staff was amazing! Ordering was easy and smooth, very clean inside and outside .i Just had one problem. ….I haven’t ordered a five dollar meal deal thing in years so we decided to get them today and we were very displeased to find out that it’s a seven dollar box now!! which yes I know prices go up but the chicken strips are now flat and smaller and then you only got three. The fries were the size of a kids fry – maybe smaller! I might as well just gotten a kids meal. In my opinion, that meal was not worth seven dollars whatsoever and we will not be returning for those boxes.

This location is so much better than the Highland one. The mix-ins are always properly distributed throughout the blizzard. The staff is always friendly and professional. I choose to drive out of my way to visit this location over closer ones.

Landon M was great! From the time he took my order till the time I walked out. He ensured our order was correct. Check on us as we dined in. He also encouraged us to check out the DQ app. For deals. He was taking orders at the front counter, running orders out for drive thru, and cleaning the dining area in the short time that I was there. Would 100% return due to the service he provided.

I went to the store to deliver food for a family at first I was unsure if the staff was going to acknowledge me, I had to call them several times just to say that I was at the window to pick up for the delivery. Finally, a young man came to me. He gave me the food order And he apologized for not acknowledging me and gave me a appreciation card for when I come into the restaurant and say that I can get it punched in on the fifth try I will get a free blizzard. I thought that was nice overall I think that they need to monitor their Line a little better upfront everybody was in the back. Nobody was in the lobby, but at least when people come out the door, they should acknowledge them a little bit better. Customer Service goes along way.
