The young lady working the drive thru was kinda rude I spoke and said hello she said $9.12 I thought maybe she didn’t hear me when I got my food I said thank you she walked off and shut the window……but my blizzard was good lol

Larry at the drive thru was super nice and very understanding when my elderly grandmother was having trouble ordering through the drive thru. He was extremely patient and clarified the entire order with her. This is vastly different from the treatment i recieved when I was here last year. I look forward to enjoying DQ again as long as employees like Larry are still there!! I hope whoever at DQ reads this gives him a huge thank you from me!!

Not sure if the phone number is correct as I tried ordering a blizzard ice cream cake and the wrong date showed up on my confirmation email. Been trying to call ALL morning with the phone number provided when ordering for special cake directions and I cannot get a hold of anyone there to let them know the confirmation had the wrong date for pick up and it needed to be changed.

Ice cream machine not working.
Was there for chicken sandwiches.
Tyler, who was giving refunds to people because of said ice cream fiasco, proceeds to walk away from the counter, leaving myself, my wife and several other patrons just standing there waiting to order.
Another 6 minutes later, our order is taken.
Food takes a total of 24 minutes to come out to us.
And it’s wrong.
And there isn’t a manager in sight. I did see Tyler sitting down on a chair in the back during this entire ordeal.
Did I mention no manager in sight?
This was one of the worst experiences in my life.
This particular Dairy Queen will never see my face or my money ever ever ever again.

I visited this location today everything was fine until I got half way done eating my blizzard. A long string of hair in my blizzard and when I called the store and spoke to manager Amy she was very eager to get me off the phone by offering a free blizzard. No sympathy on how disgusting or freaked out how this experience made me value dairy Queen and reconsidering on continuing being a customer. Me personally I wouldn’t recommend this location.

This place has improved a ton over the years, im glad i came to try this place again. The food now tastes fresh and the blizzards are absolutely perfect!
There is an older gentleman who seems to always be on shift when i come and he is the kindest soul i’ve ever met!

First of all, the drive thru intercom is not working and noone in the store made the drive-thru customers aware. I’ve been in line for 20 min because they seem to keep messing upthe order for the lady 2 cars ahead me. I can’t escape the line because there is not enough room to go around. I will not be placing an order and I vow never to return to this store.

This location is privately owned so they don’t do all the promotions on the website, won’t take any DQ coupons, and decide not to carry some products (even though they’re on the menu at the drive thru). The service is also very slow! The last two times we’ve been here it averages 10 minutes per car.

Tried to eat lunch here today, ordered a burger and fries. Food came out relatively quick, I was the only one eating inside. As I sat in a booth by the front window I noticed it was dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean disgusting. Dead bugs on the window ledges, tone of old food/dirt all over the tables, benches, and floors. They have a cooler in the sitting area that had a bunch of stuff splattered all over it. I decided I wasn’t hungry anymore and threw my food away. Then to top it off, the same guy that brought my food to me, without gloves on, was picking his nose at the counter when I was leaving. Eat at your own risk….
Update: I got the message from DQ, I replied to the contact they provided, and haven’t heard anything else. Good of you to reply to the review like you care, but not follow up…..
