Waited 30 kins for my burger and chili dogs. Been sick for 2 days, sweet them heating my burger and chili dogs in microwave, actually witnessed this. Can’t contact anyone if you’re gonna microwave food at least leave the veggies off the burger until after you take it out the microwave

I havnt had DQ in years because I enjoy burgers, and awhile back their burgers were just terrible. Backstory over.
So I’m out at Crawfordsville road today and the only thing close is DQ so I’m like whatever I’ll grab lunch there since I dont have time. This place looks kinda run down and there’s 2 employees. I was given a very good burger, quickly. I think to myself ” 😮 maybe they’ve gotten better. There’s a DQ right by my apartment.”
So, against my better judgement I decide to have DQ for dinner aswell cuz this had to be a fluke. I got 2 burgers this time. Didn’t know they had cheese curds so I got those too. I ordered in the mobile app and it took like half an hour for some reason. These poor girls using terrible busted machines to make this ice cream and no one running the counter so we’re all just standing there like.. uhhh.
Anyway long story short the burgers were dry discs just like I remember and its the same garbage burgers from years ago.
They call it Grill n Chill cuz the karens are Grillin you and you gonna have to sit down and chill to be fed ur overpriced, black meat circles.
Im just giving them a hard time, but my food did sit up in the heating rack for too long and these girls need new equipment to use. They would serve their customers better if they could easily make ice cream.

What to learn:

-you dont have to catch the burgers on fire to cook them. They were dry as a bone
-once the food is cooked, dont let it sit. The heating rack doesnt do anything sorry
-get these girls better equipment for ice cream because it was slowing down the whole place to a stop
-maybe get one more person in there at the beginning of dinner rush (there were only like 6 orders total and it was like hell had frozen over)

Employees did their best with what they have but wish I woulda got good burgers

Went to give my order and the girl was picking her nose playing with her nose ring. Finally took my order never washed her hands. 18 .54 for this what a joke oh and 4.69 for cheese curds didnt even get a full box. She must of been hungry.

Love DQ fries and chill dog. Reminds me of my teenage years, just without the acne.
Went back today, ordered the same thing we always do and was charged $5.00 for two glasses of water. Could understand a small charge for the cups but $2.50 is too much. Not happy.

We went through driver through. Took forever to order. We got a chocolate milk shake and a extreme brown blizzard. We could hardly hear the lady. The milk shake was very runny, and the blizzard wasn’t mixed very well, and was melting all over the cup. No napkins and when we pulled up to pay. We sat there for about a minutes before paying and then our order was shoved out the windows and the windows shut.

We frequent this dairy queen often and it is always busy. But they are always friendly and the blizzards taste great! I have to say I was severely disappointed in them tonight though. We were walking and thought to stop by to get some ice cream. We confirmed with the DQ website that they closed at 10. There isnt anything differentiating between drive thru and dine in hours so we assumed the closing time appllied to all aspects of the business. We get there at 9:30 and they’ve got all the doors locked. They are still handling drive thru orders and there’s plenty of workers inside so I’m not quite understanding why they closed early. They may need to edit their website if they’re going to do this often. Other than tonight, we’ve never really had a bad experience. We always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the tasty blizzards.

4/5 times I visit this location, they do not serve the blizzard upside down when handing it out the window.. I don’t like complaining, so I never say anything, but I thought this was something they was supposed to do or your next one was free? Am I wrong? I am hooked on the cheesecake blizzard, my kids and I go weekly, sometimes twice a week, and I am unable to use the” rewards” feature on my account. They said they don’t have a scanner, so that sucks, I’m missing out on the points program. This location is the only one near, so I guess I just don’t get to participate.

Got shorted a french fry and was argued with by the manager about whether I ordered it. Implying that I was trying to steal a small fry. She repeatedly was trashing the drive through customers and stating how she was over everybody. I insisted that I didn’t care if I had to pay for a small fry I just wanted one so she rudely told me that I would be rung up for it. The cashier was nice but really confused the whole time. would not recommend this dq unless another manager is on shift. The fries were half full and not fresh and they skimped on the whipped cream too.

This place has so many issues it’s hard to find a place to start. First off for the volume of customers this store has, it’s way to small. 3-4 people serving is definitely not enough. The lines are pathetic long both inside and drive thru. And OMG the drive thru…. Who on Earth came up with putting that drive thru the way it is?? I’ve seen so many vehicles hit the poles. The district manager of this store seriously needs to talk to corporate about a bigger store. Or if privately owned, get up and do something about this. Given the massive business this store has we’re pretty sure you can afford an upgrade. And what about the cake decorator not working weekend’s??? I tried ordering a cake on a Wednesday to be picked up on a Saturday and was told they couldn’t take my order because she doesn’t work weekends and already had enough cakes to do. Seriously?! Then get a weekend decorator!
