Great food, and service once manager came to window. The employee at the drive through on 12/28 @ 8:00 snatched my card out of my hand and gave me very nasty looks as well as never said a peep. Terrible customer service at if you ask me.

Got there at 12:17 PM didn’t leave till 1249 and the drive-through finally got my food ate about half of the sandwich and saw that there was raw bacon on it. There was only eight customers that were served while I was in the drive-through I know I saw, very disappointing. This place used to be great with food and there were so many workers that were working that day. There was only two people in the drive-through including me.

The air conditioner was not working at all, the floor was sticky, the machines where they mix were really dirty, everything was really dirty, who wants to eat in a dirty place. They washed their hands in a really dark water that was in a can, and then they would serve the food! They also give me and other people the wrong size of what we ordered!
They gave priority to the drive thru, so I had to wait for around 40 min to get my order!
That just leaves me with no reason to come back! Please fix everything cause that just leaves you with a very bad image!

I absolutely love Dairy Queen! Their soft-serve ice cream is so creamy and delicious. The variety of flavors is incredible and I often find myself struggling to choose just one. The sundaes are also amazing, especially the hot fudge sundae with extra whipped cream. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. It’s definitely my go-to place for a sweet treat.
