Who doesn’t love ice cream? My daughter, cousin and I stopped by for some ice cream on 5/11/18. It was a warm evening. We ordered mint Oreo mcflurry, one cookies n cream and one strawberry cheesecake mcflurry. They were all delicious. Customer service was good.

This location used to be a frequent stop, but the service has declined a ton over the past few years. The older, blonde manager (?) is extremely rude and borderline aggressive, have had two weird experiences with her. One was when we were eating in and overheard her yelling at one of her employees, naturally we looked as one does when you hear a loud argument in a formerly silent, near empty restaurant…she caught us looking and yelled “YOUR FOODS READY, IN CASE YOU WANT IT!” No it wasn’t, we already had it out on our table eating it…another time was recently when we went up to order and she gave my young child a sarcastic response when they tried to order for themselves, then snapped at me “what do you want?”…as I was ordering our food she was literally looking down at and scrolling on her phone the entire time. Then handed us two near melted bowls of ice cream soup. I’m not sure if this woman is the one who put up all the Bible quotes and imagery on the wall by the register, but her behavior and attitude certainly clash with it!!

*shuts drive thru door in my face*
I frequent this location a few times a year. While there is a closer location to my house, I dislike it and choose to drive here instead.
I pull up in the drive thru and attempt to order a pumpkin pie blizzard. The associate then responds with a little attitude “we no longer have that.” Confused since it’s the middle of October and all you see are advertisements for pumpkin??? I respond “oh they took it away? When?” The associate then responds with an even bigger attitude “ I DONT KNOW.”
I should have just left at that point, but proceeded to order something else.
I pull up and they tell me my total. I hand the rude associate my card to pay, and another associate brings me my blizzard. “You’re welcome.” And then she shuts the door in my face.
It was extremely rude. I won’t be back. Fishers Dairy Queen, check on your employees.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a mobile order went in to pick it up to only get ice cream and no food. We told them we had food and the older gal scoffed and complained that we had food on our order. Got our rushed, sloppy food. Not cooked all the way. Bread is soggy, fries are old and cold. Ordered the ring/fry tender box and got 3 onion rings and barely a handful of fries. No napkins other than a paper towel. Literally the worst experience ever. Location needs a major attitude overhaul.

I go here a lot for dessert, this location is pretty good and always gets my order right. My only issue has been the higher prices and not super thick blizzards. Otherwise it’s a great location!

My go to is a good old vanilla ice cream cone (I had already massacred the one in the picture before I remembered to take a photo ) This location does a great job of moving orders quickly, even when they’re short staffed.
-Recently tried the chicken fingers basket. They’re nothing like the picture on the building, but still pretty tasty. I was surprised how much I liked their french fries.
-ICE CREAM CAKES ARE THE BEST! 10/10

If I am paying $1 and change for extra mix-ins, no matter the size, I expect to be able to tell. And this store so many times has gypped me on my extra mix-ins. I’m not sure if it’s a negligence thing where people aren’t paying attention to the order. Or if “extra” isn’t really extra and they don’t expect people to complain about it. But paying over FIVE dollars for a mini cotton candy blizzard because you paid for extra add ins and you only get one or two sprinkle per bite is crazy. I have turned around and asked them to fix it several times and did that today and he remade it worse! As in the amount of mixins was the same and it wasn’t blended so it was just plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom.
I think everyone can agree that if you are going to raise your prices and charge an absurd amount (that I am obviously willing to pay) for extra, that we expect it to have several pieces in each bite. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this as sometimes you are a comfort fix for a bad day at work and it’s even more frustrating when I have to turn around to get for what I paid for. 🙁

We’ve ordered a few ice cream cakes through this store and they do a phenomenal job every time. We just had our daughter and gave the store a general idea of what we wanted – we were beyond thrilled that this was the final product they came up with. We absolutely love the design and decor they chose. The card was so sweet and thoughtful and much appreciated and definitely beyond what was expected. Thank you!

Whoever worked tonight I hope you see this. I saw that it was busy and I know I waited a little for my food and drink but no one gave up. Everyone kept pushing through and everyone made every order. Almost anyone and everyone else would’ve been struggling and been very rude about everything. I was the gentleman in a Karate uniform (by the way) and I appreciate you guys service (especially, being only 4 of y’all in there). I pray each one of you have a great Holiday too.
