Went in today for a sandwich and a blizzard. I got my burger fast and that’s the only reason this got 2 stars. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my already done blizzard. We asked the girl if it was ours and we was just going to grab it as we had places to be. We only stopped to grab food because there was only one car in the parking lot. We was told that she didn’t know and that we had to wait for someone to hand us it. We stood there and watched the manager talk on the phone while making eye contact with us the whole time. When we finally got our blizzard and it was half melted and ended up spilling. We was told that the manager was on the phone with the owner but was laughing and completely unprofessional. This place needs to look into better management.

I ordered my daughter a kids meal that had the option of a pop, milk or bottled water as a drink option (as stated on the menu) and when I got my receipt I had been ‘up-charged” $2.50 for the bottle of water! Also the food here used to be really hot and fresh..I don’t know if I just went at a bad time, but my fries were cold and soggy. I asked the worker if I could have fresh fries and after hesitation she agreed. Overall I spent $30 on a kids meal and a 6 piece chicken tender basket with 3 mini blizzards. It would have felt more worth it if my food had been hot and fresh and if my blizzards weren’t melting out of the cups on the 5 minute drive home.

We both ordered double cheeseburgers and a banana split. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the sandwiches which was just sad. They were barely Luke warm. The bananas were still kinda green as they were hard to cut with the spoon. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this wasn’t the best I’ve had from Dairy Queen. Time to step up your game people, most of the tables were dirty, the floor was in serious need of being mopped and they were NOT BUSY. Very uncalled for in my opinion.

I had the mint blizzard. It was disgusting. No mint flavor, oreos were stale, there were marshmallows fluff and whip cream in it. The cashier gave me weird looks the whole time she was processing my card and handing out my food.

We have dined at this DQ multiple times in the last year and service goes downhill every time we visit. Our order is usually missing something and the food is always inconsistent like runny gravy or a 3/4 full drink. This last visit we only ordered Blizzards and they were runny by the time they handed them to us. The employees always seem like it’s an inconvenience when they take orders, make Blizzard’s, etc. The higher cost of menu items (compared to other local options) and poor service it is not worth a trip back.
