This location is nice and has lots of room inside to diine in. It’s clean. Free refills on soda at the self-serve machine. The workers are nice but….., I asked for the cake to say “FAMILY ♡” in sky blue icing. Look at the photo and tell me someone truly thought that’s what anyone would want written on a cake, lol. This could be a meme it’s so silly!

This place needs some help. The food is as expected, but the speed and accuracy is something to be desired. You’re waiting on average 10-20 minutes for a blizzard or milkshake on most trips. Honestly, I’d spend the extra time and gas to go across the bridge to Huntington rather than wait.

Just like any fast food, the quality varies by the day. I’ve been to this location and it was excellent, and I’ve been to this location when everything was burnt to a crisp. You get what you get. When they’re on point, them chicken tendies are pretty great. Luckily the ice cream is always good because let’s be honest, that’s what we all go to DQ for anyway, amirite?

We love the new people working there now, they are very respectful have manners, friendly bright and cheerful. I’m glad we can enjoy our home town dq again no more disrespectful people there and the food and ice cream are back to being amazing.

Wasn’t such a bad place to go 8-10years ago but now, you’re better off going to the Huntington one. How does an ice cream place’s not have chocolate ice cream! JUST ADD CHOCOLATE SYRUP. They also had a major incident with roaches 3-4years ago that has quite frankly kept me from here since. With that said, I called 4 days ago asking if they had their new s’mores blizzard and they said “yes we do”. I went in about 2 days later (yesterday) and the lady said they don’t start until next month. Best part about this? We then went to Huntington DQ about 5 min across the bridge… they indeed had the s’mores blizzard. This DQ specifically has to be by far the worst I’ve ever been to. 0/10 JUST GO TO HUNTINGTON.
