Really gone downhill since our last visit. We’d stop here passing through because it was so good. Today, our 3 chicken strip baskets had maybe 1 edible strip in them each. The others I’m pretty sure they found under the fryer or out by the dumpster out back. The employee was too busy worrying how much to charge for an extra scoop of topping while the unfriendly owners watched from the back. The kids “free treat” barely covered the bottom of the cup. They act like they’re counting every nickel and penny. We will not be returning.

We ordered a cake from here for my birthday. The cake decorator did an excellent job. She was also very nice on the phone. It was perfectly done. The cake was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. Will be using this specific location for all our birthday cakes.

The wait in the drive through was way too long. Part of our order was wrong and had to be redone. Lady at the window was not friendly at all.

I have no idea why this place has a 3.8 star rating. But I’m writing a review to help because this rating almost made me not come here.
But let me tell you! The first thing is they are clean. When I came in, I could smell that they had been cleaning and saw the girl walking around with the bucket to clean things up. Then we looked in the freezer only to find the most adorable cakes. Whoever is decorating their cakes really loves their job and is so creative! My food came out at a reasonable time, and I could tell it wasn’t just sitting but was recently prepared. The girls behind the counter were working hard and were kind. If I lived here and wasn’t simply passing through, I would come back here again! Great job, ladies working on 7/16/2025 at 9pm.

Staff clearly mistreated, person who seems to be in charge just yells at certain people who are working, while some do nothing at all but talk with no repercussions. Will not be coming back for awhile.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a really long time. Order a chili cheese dog, it had bbq sauce and the little disrespectful girl working said that is our hot dog sauce. I have been eating dq longer than she’s been alive and I 100000% know their hot dog sauce has no bbq in it.. I am more upset over the customer service than the food

Good food but after my order was confirmed at the window I was charged for the half pound and given the third pound flamethrower burger. Employee even talked with the manager and owner about it after speaking to me at the window. Didn’t notice until I got home. Not happy after spending 36 dollars on milk shakes for the family!

So, Wendy’s closed early due to a CO2 leak and everybody ended up at DQ! It was super duper crowded but those little ladies handled it like true pros! No attitudes or nothing and it was 30 mins before close! Impressive to say the least!!

Over 20 minutes waiting for a chicken strip basket and I’m the only one in the drive thru. This is the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I always get told “we’ll bring it out in a minute” and wait forever. I’m not sure why I keep coming back honestly.
