In Joliet Illinois but the best has arrived to Ironton , Ohio come visit this newly built DQ, the staff was friendly, the food was served fresh , the atmosphere is beautiful . It is never to cold for a blizzard!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. The service was very slow, even though it wasn’t a large order. I ordered a Chicken Strip Basket and clearly said I wanted the original flavor. When I got home, I realized they gave me BBQ instead.
I didn’t go back because I don’t live close enough to waste gas driving all the way back, but I can’t believe they got it wrong when that was the only thing I ordered. It wasn’t a big or complicated order at all. Very frustrating experience.

This is an embarrassing example of a Dairy Queen. When my wife and I came in for lunch there was only one employee in the store. The drive thru was her focus so after standing at the counter for to long we left without ordering. I’m not coming back to try again. I want to support local businesses but when they are ran like this I can’t support them. It’s not fair to the employee working 5 positions and only getting paid for the one.

I just left there and went back twice they gave me the wrong blizzard plus the wrong size twice I got a medium and they gave me a small horrible service and terrible lines and shouldn’t just have one person working considering they just opened.

dine in service is really slow for the restaurant to be dead inside and out.. I only ordered a sundae and some preztels. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order.
