The owner is very nice, but some.of the workers are not good at customer satisfaction. I ordered a blizzard that gets no fudge sauce and added cookie dough, and because cookie dough blizzards have fudge sauce, they added it, but I specifically didn’t want fudge. I made the worker aware, and rather than correct it, she just said they’ll watch that in the future…..

Great food every visit. I ran into an issue and the person there at the time was not helpful, but I spoke to the owner later and he was wonderful. True quality customer service that you rarely see these days and he really cares about and values his customers.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I ordered DoorDash today since I cannot leave work for lunch today. When the DoorDasher delivered my food and drink, the drink was a mess and was leaking. The dasher told me that she asked Dairy Queen workers for napkins and they refused to give her some as they said there were already napkins in the bag. Then when I opened my bag I noticed that I was missing one hot dog that I ordered. I called the Dairy Queen and let them know but the lady on the phone said that she checked with the kitchen and they swear they made two hot dogs and bagged them. Which is crazy since I opened the bag and I could tell with my own two eyes that there was only one hot dog in the bag and my cheese curds which was in the bag that was previously sealed with a sticker before I opened it. The lady on the phone then began to say that it was not their fault and was telling me that it was the dasher’s fault. Which I don’t know how that would be when the bag was still sealed and dasher’s are not allowed to open the bag. Plus the lady had an attitude when I was trying to talk to her and continued to pass the blame to the dasher. When I asked her about how I can get my hot dog I ordered she only told me to contact DoorDash. The quality of the hot dog and cheese curds were bad and I won’t be back again to this location. Then to add a cherry on top of this whole mess, I also ordered a large coke with no ice but I guess the workers cannot read at this Dairy Queen since they added ice to my drink when the receipt clearly says “no ice.” I do not suggest this Dairy Queen to anyone and you will not enjoy the service or food they have to offer.

The chili dogs are a mess and everything was stuck to the container. The blizzards were leaking the second the tops came off because they’re over filled. Better service is required when I spend over 40$ on food. Try not squishing the food. The corn dogs could have had their own bag. The chili was overcooked. My husband was very unhappy with his food.

Ice cream is hard to screw up so that’s an easy win. Store looks run down and I’m not sure if the servers are rude or just don’t like to talk. I expect to at least be greated when I approach your counter to purchase your products, not just stared at like they are unsure why I am there.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this Dairy Queen experience was so bad, I feel like people should be warned. The customer service here was horrible from start to finish. The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, barely spoke, and made it clear that helping me was an inconvenience.

I ordered a chocolate malt and what I got was a watery, melted mess—it was basically chocolate milk in a cup. I didn’t realize this until I pulled off and took my first sip, I immediately stopped drinking it. At first, I considered just taking the loss and chalking it up as wasted money—but I decided to turn around and get back in line to let them know about the issue, expecting a full refund. Big mistake. I got no apology, just attitude with the person telling me that it was made with the right consistency and tried to tell me I ordered it over 20 minutes ago, which was also untrue.

After the back and forth he eventually offered to remake it, that’s when I just handed back the melty mess and simply pulled off. There’s this sloppy-looking privacy mirror tint on the drive-thru window that just feels off and sketchy; honestly at that point, I didn’t trust them to remake the milkshake correctly, so I just cut my losses.

Why is there a privacy mirror tint on the drive-thru window? What exactly are you trying to hide — the way our food and drinks are being prepared? Or maybe it’s to conceal a lack of cleanliness behind the counter? Who knows, If I were running the business, I’d never do something like that. It gives off the impression that you’ve got something to hide, and that’s the last thing customers should feel

Do yourself a favor—go anywhere else. This DQ doesn’t deserve your time or money.

The staff member that was at the drive-thru was so nice, and the service was quick. The blizzard was delicious. This was the first time that I’ve been to this place in about 15 years. This experience was really good. Thank you!
