Ordered a blizzard in the drive thru. They made the wrong one and insisted I ordered it wrong (they barely spoke any English). Had to argue with the owner/manager to make what I ordered before I gave him my CC. Blizzard was great. Customer service was terrible. This is Liberty Twp, OH USA, not some other area where terrible CS is customary.

I will NEVER go here again. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with only ketchup and mustard. They didn’t understand since I got a sandwich with everything on it and no hamburger Patty. $20 wasted!!!!! I don’t even want to give them 1 star but Google makes me. -3 stars would be my rating! Hire people that have common sense and the ability to understand a simple order!!!!!!

Good experience. Good value. Pictured is a medium chocolate cone dipped in chocolate shell, and the second picture shows small and large cones dipped in chocolate. The Dairy Queen chocolate shell is thicker than most soft serve ice cream places. This location fills the cone with ice cream and the portion is generous compared to our experience at the Twist on Bethany where they don’t fill the cone with ice cream first and the portions are not generous.

Ordered on the app, got to the store for pickup only to be told they didn’t have the cookie crunch topping. Since we had only ordered the cone to try the cookie topping, we asked if they could give us a blizzard instead. We were told no because it was a mobile order. They got the manager who said they would give us a mini blizzard, even though I paid more for the ice cream cone. He led us to believe they were paying for the difference of the mini blizzard when I told him the small would have been a comparable deal as I would have been paying more than the store price for the mini blizzard.
While they were getting our mini blizzard, I pulled up my app order and saw the price difference. When they came back with my mini blizzard I mentioned the price difference but was ignored.
Meanwhile this dairy Queen ripped me off while trying to convince me they were giving me a deal with the mini blizzard, when in fact they were making more money off the purchase.

This is our go to for ice cream. Good service. We don’t go there for the food but the blizzards and dipped cones are great.

I recently attempted to visit this Dairy Queen location. I was parking in their lot to get a Blizzard after stopping by Liberty Collective. Before I could even get out of my car, an employee approached me and told me I couldn’t park there for Liberty Collective. I was disappointed and offended by the immediate assumption that I wasn’t there to be a customer. I ended up leaving and went to the Dairy Queen on Route 4

Went at approximately 5:45 on a Friday evening. Waited for about 10 minutes at the counter and no one would wait on us. I finally asked if anyone working the counter. There were four people working and they were all working at the drive-through. The young man told me they were too busy at the drive-through to service the counter. I said all I want is an ice cream Sunday. I left, but I told him if they weren’t going to service the counter, they should lock the front door. Very poor service. When I finally went around the building, there was one car left in the drive-through. Needless to say, I wasn’t gonna get in the line for the drive-through. We went up the street to UDF.
