Seriously, how hard is it to follow mobile order instructions. I ordered the triple bacon ranch combo and I added in the app tomato onion pickles and I did not get that on my sandwich, as you can tell in the photo. What is the point of having a dairy Queen rewards account when you’re just completely ignored.

Not only that, but I have to ask for marinara every time I order cheese curds, this should be straightforward. If your guest pays for cheese curds they get a marinara minimum.

This dairy Queen leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to dairy Queen customer service and quality. Very disappointed customer here

Went through drive thru and ordered a medium pecan cluster blizzard. Received a small Heath bar (or toffee) blizzard. Returned to get the correct one, no apology and new blizzard was horrible. Threw 1/2 of it away.

This DQ is new and definitely still looks new. It is well kept and very clean. The staff here is nice and friendly, and every time I come the service is very quick. There are 3 televisions in the dining area, and I’ve noticed that one is always tuned to kid-friendly programming (today they were playing Nickelodeon). One other thing I’ve noticed is that their freezer case has always been well stocked with ice cream cake options – which is super important when you need that last minute cake for a party!

Side note: try the turkey BLT. It’s good!

worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!! will never eat there again also will be coming back for full refund of my family’s food! 8/8/25 we came in ordered our food and went to the patio to eat our dinner we did not know the inside of the store was closing right after we sat down immediately my husband opened his sandwich and it was wrong! we proceeded to walk back in and the door was locked so my husband knocked and the manger Vanessa Evans came to door and told him that the lobby was closed my husband said we just got this can you just take it and get me the right one I’m sitting down with my family she proceeded to tell him she did not care and if he didn’t want to go through drive thru he could get refund tomorrow!! I then called the store myself to explain to just get a new sandwich seeing how we were all outside with my two toddlers! I explained the situation over the phone and I asked for the manager and Vanessa said she was the manager and that if we had a problem we could come and talk to Lisa, the GM manager in the morning to get a refund. the way this woman talked to me was unbelievable. the most unprofessional thing I have ever dealt with in my life. we ended up not eating any of our food and now have to wait until tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m. to get a full refund of $34 that was wasted. I can’t believe the way she spoke to me and I also told her I don’t know why your being so rude and disrespectful she said for me to call in morning to get refund and it’s not her problem! this young lady does not need to be a manager! it would have been so simple to make my husband sandwich. that was wrong and remake and hand it to us! unbelievable is all I can say!

Manager was super helpful, friendly, and generous. My 12 year old daughter was so pleased with her experience that she colored a thank you picture! Try the blue slushie/vanilla ice cream shake concoction if you haven’t already. You won’t be disappointed.

I went through the drive thru. The service was fast, order correct and young lady was very nice. My grandson said DQ is only restaurant that the food served matches the pictures on the menu. Food was very good.

Ordered two blizzard last night and they were very soupy and melted. An hour later both my husband and I were sick. Called today and at least they apologized but will not be going back. Hate to spend $10 on two blizzard and then have to miss work the next day. Not worth it.

Sooooo……this week (5/5-5/11) is Teacher Appreciation week. Educators (and nurses) can receive a free small blizzard during this week.

Just went and ordered the small blizzard only to learn that “this manager” is not honoring this discount.

Well….the coupon did not say, “at participating stores”…..is was for all Dairy Queens. Had I know that I was going to have to pay for the blizzard…..I would have gotten a mini instead of a large.

Thanx for nothing and for not accepting my coupon during Teacher/Nurse Appreciation Week.

Went here for a pick up order and in addition to having to wait a long time, I was shorted an item I paid for. I didn’t notice until I got home so I sent to a note to the corporate website who replied that someone from the local store would be in touch. That was a month ago and no outreach. Disappointed in their fraud treatment of customers.
