Ordered a bbq chicken strip basket February 21st 2026 at 12:20, got charged for it and they gave me plain. Fine example of why minimum wage should be lower than what it is. Young kids think they can just slander together and not put any pride into their work.

Ordered a burger, waited 10 minutes at the drive through, was never greeted. I could see the employees were very confused inside, not sure if under staffed or poorly trained. Eventually I had to leave, was looking forward to trying their food because I’ve heard good things but I won’t be back after that experience.

Completely messed up everything we ordered. Yet the girl taking orders was too busy giving food to her boyfriend and the drive thru girl had all her kids and man in the lobby that she kept giving extra food and taking the kids to the bathroom while on the clock. The manager was busy taking a break eating with another coworker while all of this was going down! Never again!!

Since Dairy Queen moved to a brand new building I went to get A Banana split I noticed that they went up in price and when I received my banana split noticed that it was only 1/3 full will not be coming to this restaurant and I will be telling everybody not to be coming to this Dairy Queen for the simple fact that now they’re ripping people off it’s not the customers fault they paid too much money for their new building. . I went and asked for a manager the manager went ahead and took my banana split back supposedly put more on which when I got it back didn’t look like very much more and she made it a point to let me know that she put more than she was supposed to for my inconvenience I’m never coming back

After multiple chances I give up. This place sucks. Between forgetting food, ignoring customers, and the most obnoxious being every time I pull up to the window, there are like 5 people staring at me and start giggling simultaneously. Super off putting. Good luck!

Came to the drive through twice and no one answered after we said hello a few times and sat there for ruffly five minutes. The first time we left but came back an hour later and same problem so we go inside and was greeted with rudeness and an attitude. Thank you for that service.
