I don’t give fastfood 5 stars. Most of the time only get blizzard or Icecream cake. Chicken sandwich was great years ago but they got rid chicken fillets and use chicken strips for sandwiches. Fastfood has become less affordable. It’s sometimes the same price and getting more food at a local restaurant calling ahead for pickup or DoorDash. I usually only swing in for time and convenience if I do get a meal. Usually only grab Icecream, blizzard and cakes.

This place deserves 0 stars. To say Im angry would be an extreme understatement! We ordered our daughters 10th birthday cake 5 days ago, website says 2 day minimum, my husband went to pick up her custom cake for her party today and guess what.. after telling him they didn’t have it, then they found it and then finally admitting they had the order but never checked the online orders for the week so they never made it. The cake decorator was supposedly coming in but the cake wouldn’t be ready til 4:30pm today. If I could wait til 430 to get the cake why would I set the pick up time for 12:30pm? So now we are rushing to find a freaking cake that wont match her party theme since we dont have time to custom order. I WILL tell everyone i know and we will never spend another dime at this location, ever! Thanks for ruining my daughters birthday cake and making her sad on her special day. Couldn’t even get an apology

Of course it’s hard to get people’s orders right when the girl up front taking my order is actively on a phone call with that earbud in her ear, and not her headset. Can’t even have the conversation of taking my order bc the person on the phone was messing her up trying to multitask. And here I sit for the third time after they have messed up my single double cheeseburger order. It got so bad that the kid cooking in the back came up front and asked me what I ordered. And after he made it up and brought me my food it was wrong again for the third time. But at this point I just accepted it. And as I was leaving another kid came from the back and he actually had my right order in the bag. What is going on with this place anymore why do these kids have no supervision just running this place by themselves. They’re straight yelling in there like they’re a little kids like toddlers no wonder this place has went so far downhill over the past 10 years. It’s a shame it used to be one of the best around and they wonder why everyone goes to Malvern!

I’m giving a 2 because management needs to be cleaned out! Don’t even want to go there unless you like hearing yelling and watching people get embarrassed. It’s an awkward environment as a customer. Surprised this is happening in a place of business infront of customers and to adolescents.

I went through the drive through and ordered my food, after recieving it quicker than normal I thought it was odd. Got home and this is what the gravy looks like, this is absolutely disgusting. If I could leave a zero star review I would. We went to through the drive thru at lunch time. They were not busy whatsoever. There was only one customer inside the restaurant and no one behind us in line. We only ordered a burger and a chicken strip basket. We waited over 15 mins and even an employee commented on our long wait time to the other employees (we never complained or said anything.) The worst part was the food was completely cold and seemed to have been sitting there for quite some time. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I believe in second chances. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.
