Me and my ex ex-husband spend at least $50 a week at this Dairy Queen. Today I ordered four chicken strip baskets. I told the girl at the window to have a good night. She shut the window and was mocking me when I knocked on the window to let her know that I was still at the window. She continued talking about me, I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that this was very rude. The manager said she would talk to her, Her name is Jeannetta I believe. This is not customer service. Our food was horrible. We’ve never had bad food there. The chicken strips were overcooked. The fries were flimsy, and the toast was burnt. None of The sauces were correct I guess if we are more concerned about Quality then gossiping At the window, then we would not have these issues I would like someone from the corporate to contact me. I see a lot of other people have already complained about the attitude of the workers at this location. I ordered a small dipped cone and it was free on the app so they made it a kids cone, it barely had any ice cream, wish I would have gotten a picture, but apparently if you get something free they take it offensively and give you less. The girl blatantly said “she’s the one”. I’m the one what? I have been going to this location my whole life, I will make the extra drive to go to the one on wales now. I’m sure they’ll be happy to lose my business anyway since they just talk shit about me. I don’t even know these people, but “I’m the one”

I got to give a huge shout out to the nice young lady working the counter. Not only did she let me in the door at 8:59, but she was very patient with me as my phone had difficulties loading my mobile order. After she read it right from my phone and got my order to me in under 5 minutes, she had forgotten to add my cone, so she gave it to me for no charge. I’ll choose this location over a location that’s much closer to me just because of her.

The Lincoln Way Dairy Queen in Massillon, Ohio, is the absolute best Dairy Queen in the world.
It is one of my favorite places to go after work as a reward for not slapping the stupid out of anyone. My favorite meal, which I got today, is the $5 buck lunch with delicious chicken tenders, fries, and a hot fudge sundae.
The food today was especially good. It was served nice and piping hot. Because I am 12, I never wait for my food to cool off and always do the open-mouthed chewing that is somehow supposed to prevent me from burning my mouth. Normally I don’t love their fries because I am incredibly picky, but today their salty potatoness was wonderful. The chicken strips, as usual, were the perfect amount of crispy and juicy. The hot fudge sundae was divine. The vanilla soft serve was silky and sweet, and the copious amount of hot fudge* was definitely appreciated. All in all, it was perfect.
If you are in the area and find yourself in need of cheap and simple comfort food, you can’t go wrong with Dairy Queen.
*Amount of hot fudge may vary. We always get a lot. We are frequent fliers here.

Their food is pretty good… just expensive. Their workers are amazing and the service is pretty much perfect. I dont normally deduct stars for price but the blizzards are really too expensive for how much you get. Theyre really good though! Definitely recommend.

I will not be going back to this Dairy Queen, I’d rather drive to the one off wales or off 21 to get my food. The last 3-4 times I’ve been here they’ve forgotten food or messed up my order. Most recently I ordered through the mobile app and got a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, came back home and it was some kind of strawberry chocolate blizzard. My wife is extremely allergic to strawberries if ingested and when I called to tell them this and advised they gave me the wrong one, the lady laughed on the phone…. I didn’t find this funny because what if my wife didn’t look at it and ate it, they’d be getting my damn hospital bill and being sued. I don’t appreciate the service here at all and the people have just been rude recently. This store never used to be like this!
