There are three of us in the car and we each got a small blizzard. I could barely hear the guy when ordering his voice trailed off. Then he tried hitting me the blizzards without knowing which was which. But overall it was good.

Well last night, i went to dairy Queen on Wales road and Molly was jus so sweet and nice and extremely pleasant i had to come to Google and at least say something! In a world of mediocre attitudes hers made my day. thank-you Molly!!

I never thought much of Dairy Queen till I came here. Clean, friendly, and I was surprised at how food the non dessert food was. I like my spicy burger a lot.

Was in and out, food came before we filled our drinks! Staff was friendly and suggested our items, would definitely recommend !

Huge disappointment! I mean, it’s DQ so expectations weren’t high to begin with. We stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. There was no one in line in front of us. Our food came out fairly quickly, but my chicken tenders and fries were room temp. Ok….
I also got a blizzard. Which I threw away. The cup and spoon had sticky blue crap on them. Gross! I asked for a refund. As I was waiting for the manager to figure out how to run the register to process my refund I had plenty of time to see into the back. Shoulda checked that out first. I would not eat anything that came out of that kitchen again. The blizzard machine was beyond nasty. Ice cream and chocolate splattered all over it and running down the back. I watched an employee literally tip it backwards to wipe under it but leave it that filthy.
I half expected Gordon Ramsay to burst through the doors and tell them to “shut it down”. Yeah. It was that bad. The franchisee just spent a lot of money to rebuild a new store. Too bad they didn’t invest some money in training their employees in customer service and food safety.

Horrible. Ordered a #1 burger and the onion was cut thicker than the burger. The 5 pickles were piled in one spot. The lettuce leaf had the thick middle/stem piece. The large blizzard was only mixed half way down in the cup, at the bottom is was just plain ice cream. The place is dirty in the dining room and the kitchen is horribly dirty from what you can see from the counter as you order. I feel sorry for the owner, within the last year they demolished the old building and built a brand new one. Unfortunately in the transition of change they forgot about customer service, cleanliness, and making sure the order is right. Unfortunately that is the new normal at any restaurant now. Or maybe that is just how people in Massillon run their business and expect people to just accept it.

Place is a joke!!! Have gave this place chance after chance and this was 100% the last one. You go there and spend ridiculous money on over priced ice cream for it to turn out a disappointment every time, every blizzard they make seems to be nothing but a cup of vanilla ice cream. They literally blend it so you get a couple bites with stuff in it at the top and the rest is legit just ice cream. THIS TIME decided to get something different, a blue slushy with a little ice cream mixed in with it, what do they give us? A cup of vanilla ice cream, it literally looked like a vanilla milkshake…don’t normally ask to do this sort of thing but we asked them to remake it please with MORE slushy than ice cream this time, the lady at the counter remakes the drinks for us and slides them across the counter and says “this is how they’re made” as we look at the drinks and they are the EXACT same as the first time…it’s literally taste like melted milk DISGUSTING!!! Check out the pic…blue slushy right? Not to mention this is the SECOND one that we asked for with MORE slushy than ice cream.

Me and my family go here ALL THE TIME. Dairy Queen has always been my favorite place to go when I’m out and about, but the last two times me and my family have ordered from here their lines back up quickly, and employees stand around acting clueless. The fries sit on the counter under the light and sit. Employees don’t take care of front walk-in lines, and they stand on their phones.

First time coming to this DQ and this is the service I get that’s gross that was inside of the chicken. The lady did not know what she was doing at all she messed up the order and we had to repeat our self to her that’s nuts . Someone needs train her better
