Love DQ for a quick treat. Their service is usually on point. I’ve had a blizzard that wasn’t mixed very well, but for the most part we leave satisfied. The staff at this location are friendly and seem happy to be working. The seating areas are always clean and tidy. Good location too.

The food was cold all of it . the chicken onion rings toast and fries. And gravy was like water. obviously it was old i was told they do not give refunds. They would give me more food i declined i didn’t want more of the same cold food.I only had a bite of the chicken and ate 3 onion rings. They only had 2 customers in the dining room no one in the drive thru the entire time we were there. I have worked fast food for 30+ years i have never heard of a place not refunding money. Lesson learned i will never go here again for food. Maybe an ice cream cone i know that will be fresh. Disappointed.

Worst food I’ve paid for in a long time. chicken strips had zero chicken in them and were as hard as a rock, fries were barely warm and itching but crumbs and drinks were completely flat. Won’t ever get food at this location again.

Went to order doordash says they are open till 9pm to place the order for it to be cancelled like I understand if ur system is having issues I worked fast food for 2 years but u can shut down ur doordash for people can’t place orders js its a little nicer then just canceling.

Could not even comprehend my order tonight … When i paid realized they didn’t even ring up 2 items, then when i asked, they said “we didn’t charge you for them!”… Well, “why not?.. i ordered them”.. she says, “well, you will have to pay for them!”. Well, what other way do you actually do this?. ..just unbelievable service tonight. Will not be back for a super long time… Last time pretty similar to this.
