The girl that waited on me told me that my coupon wouldn’t work for the royal ny cheesecake blizzard even though my coupon said any blizzard which yes it did work. Also I had a E Gift card and she one didn’t know how to put it in and was annoyed. When she brought me the blizzard she asked if I needed a lid I said no, and she slammed it down on counter. Not to mention all of the swearing I heard by the various crew members that were working tonight. Management really needs to get ahold of their employees. I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll just go to the one in Kent, they’re much more friendlier there.

Dani, the manager at this Dairy Queen went above and beyond to accommodate my order from out of state! She is truly a kind person who had so much patience when I put my order in! When I grew up in Stow and when I come home to visit, this DQ is always on our list of places to go because it brings back fond memories of growing up in Stow! I highly recommend to any family to come to this location!!!

Online order was cancelled, but I wasn’t notified until I reached the order window after waiting in line. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I didn’t have time to wait again for the food to be made. Communication needs improvement.

Good fast food. Tastes better than most fast food. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was that we wanted a grilled chicken patty instead of crispy for the $6 buck lunch. While I don’t blame the staff for being unable to make this switch, I feel that it should be something Dairy Queen offers.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Sam at Dairy Queen for his outstanding customer service!
He goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome. He was friendly, efficient, and gets orders out quickly while keeping a great attitude. Even though it was busy, he stayed calm and professional, making sure everyone is taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really makes a difference.

More limited menu than other area DQ’s. Not sure if the staff truly knows what they are doing. Second time this has happened with sundaes. One is a medium, the other is a small. Can you tell the difference?

They Forgot a burger and would not give me a refund and only offered store credit. Come back three months later for my free burger and they refuse to give it to me because of how long it’s been. I was not told of any “time limit” on my credit at the time.
