Thank you to EVERYONE working 8/20/23 at 3PM. You went above and beyond to make my 9y old daughter’s birthday SUPER! A party of 9 swooped in with zero warning, ordered customized meals, had a cake personalized, and we were seated within 15 mins with a flawless order and amazing service. Couple that with cutting our cake and providing us with boats and forks.. all with a smile.

They managed to get one of three items correct. No cheese on the cheeseburger, no cheese on the chili cheese dog. I will not be returning. I visited the drive through this evening. I usually go inside but was bringing food home. They would correct it if I drove 20 minutes back tonight or tomorrow. Sad times maybe they were out of cheese.

Don’t even bother replying to me if you’re not gonna do anything about the rude service there. Just asking people to give you another chance without dealing with your rude staff really infuriates your clientele, literally every time we go your staff is always so rude! Rolling your eyes, slamming the window on my face, throwing food at me (literally), and not even wishing us a good day or night. I work with the public myself and I wouldn’t keep my job if I treated my customers so badly, ive seen all your reviews and you guys obviously do too but don’t do anything about it. You just apologize generically and pat yourself on the back for at least replying. I really hope you don’t pay your people to reply to us because they don’t deserve it!

Dined in. For how expensive the food is the quality/portion was bad. I got a chicken basket that wasn’t even warm (the fries/bread was cold) they cut down the size of fries/chicken and the toast was not even toasted it was just bread. My friend’s cheeseburg wasn’t even hot, the cheese on it wasn’t even melted. No public restroom?

2 nights in a row now I’ve paid for a 6 piece chicken tender meal for my boyfriend only got 4 pieces both nights so I finally valued tonight the employee told me to drive back for 2 tenders than the manager said well next time u buy a 6piece I’ll make sure u get 8 tenders….now how does that solve anything seriously my boyfriend doesn’t get his full dinner but I can come n get 2 strips for him or buy another 6 piece n get 2 outa the 4 I didn’t receive!!!
