Staff was friendly and efficient. Responded quickly to requests. Food was prepared as expected. Plenty of tables and booths. Restaurant was clean. Access to public restrooms. Access ramp to side door. Was able to use more than one coupon, which was nice!

I will probably get a medium next time so I wind up with comparable amount of fruits in my banana split blizzard. I think they put the same amount whether it’s small, medium or large in the cup. So to buy a large banana split blizzard you wind up with a lot of ice cream and no no banana split.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The evening manager (a woman) is so ridiculously rude. I’ve been going there for years and will never go again. I could overlook a few of my orders being wrong but not an incredibly rude and aggressive manager. She should not be customer facing.

Just picked up a cake. The employees at this DQ are wonderful. The cakes are made correctly. We pass the one in Elyria to drive 20 minutes to this one.

Their sign says they are open until 9, but the dining room closes at 8:30 and online orders are closed earlier. On top of that, you are not able to order things they advertise online (frosted sugar cookie blizzard) at the store and can only order them online

Talked to Debbie on the phone the manger very rude I just bought a 4 piece chicken strip didn’t give me bbq also didn’t give me the bread that came with my food said she would give her general manger the information and wouldn’t compensate me for my meal

Went in today at noon, and the dining room was closed. The girl at the register said the only way to get service was to mobile order or go through the drive-through. Extremely rude and unpleasant experience. This location is so hit or miss. This is the fourth time having a bad experience here. If in a rush, don’t even bother coming here.

Food was marginal. Tables were dirty. Ordered a banana split after lunch but they were unable to accommodate my request for one scoop of chocolate and two scoops of vanilla. It had to be all vanilla, all chocolate or all swirl. Seemed like a simple request. Also I used the bathroom. One was closed and the other was disgustingly filthy.

The girls at the register were so sweet they took our order which consisted of the pretzels and queso. 2 orders for $4.00
We also had a coupon from the app in my phone which stated if you buy one peanut buster parfait you get the second one from a 99 cents.
My son made an adjustment to his by getting heath instead of peanuts and with the two orders of stuffed pretzels and queso are bill came up to Just over $11.00.
The service was great, The place was clean, very generous with the toppings, an atmosphere was nice. I would definitely go there again!

I went through the drive thru at 9 pm on a Tuesday and tried to order a chicken strip basket. They told me they “we are all out food” and I questioned that as that seems odd. I was then told “we are closed.”
Disappointed as I saw other customers being served (3 cars in front of me). Bunch of high school kids who don’t care.
