Just picked up my daughter’s birthday cake. It was perfect! The purple roses and design were very elegant. She wished for one for her birthday. The girls behind the counter were busy but still greeted me with a smile and helped me.

We love our DQ! However, every order we have made in the past 3 months has been wrong. Food is delicious and the workers are friendly. But I ask for no tomatoes and my husband can’t eat onions. No matter what it’s in there. A little more attention to detail and we would be happy. But as of now, we will be looking elsewhere.

I went to go look in the freezer for cakes…. “Due to staffing shortages the lobby is closed” .. which really means “we don’t pay a livable wage, so we have no employees” so of course drive through was 30 cars deep…

We order a Heath and Resses Blizzard, it tasted like just vanilla ice cream with no ingredients! If we would have dined in after one bite we would have asked for our money back!! What a waste of money!

You can say that a DQ is a DQ, but I can assure you that isn’t the case. This location does it right. I’ve going here since I was a kid. The family that runs this place is a cut above the rest. When we want a Blizzard, we drive 40 minutes to North Ridgeville because they do a better job than others. Come here and you will see what I mean.

Horrible cheeseburger. The frozen cheeseburgers from the warehouse clubs are way better than the ones here. The Elyria DQ had great burgers. My daughter and I threw the ones from the North Ridgeville DQ away.

Staff always friendly and ice cream always good. But TWICE in the past few weeks, we got there 30-45 minutes before it said they were closed online. Workers were inside cleaning but either regularly decide to close early or posted hours are inaccurate and don’t get updated. I was about to drive out there again tonight, but decided to call first just in case. Im glad i did. It rang and rang and nobody answered, so I’m assuming they closed before posted hours again and I’ll be looking to find a new go-to spot. Bummer.
