I’ve been here 4 times in a row and the bacon has been undercooked. That ruins the whole burger when I have chewy bacon that is still cold. I let it go a couple times but every time is an issue. Maybe the microwave or oven isn’t set to the right time or something but I’d rather wait an extra minute then have cold undercooked bacon.

Been going to Dairy Queen when l were a child enjoyed the sundaes always liked Dairy Queen still do , the food is quality everything including always seen the ice- cream cakes but they cost too much never was able to afford it aways been desperate for a whole ice cream cake to buy and just grub on it without sharing it ! ! !

We went in picked up are order. We got home went to eat half the order was missing then I called to have them fix the order and the woman cussed me out and said I ordered something I did not order. The lady who took the order was nice and very well could have made a mistake. The lady who answered was a rude ignorant arrogant woman who acted like she was better than me, talking down to me and acting like I was lying. The point is the lady had no reason to act this way because they made a mistake. This woman needs to be fired

We had dinner here last night, went through the drive thru, they were patient while we decided what we wanted. We ordered 2 large chicken strip baskets, 1 sauced, my husband ordered a flamethrower burger and I got pretzel sticks. Our order was right and speedy.

Good quality well prepared food but a little pricey unless you have a discount coupon. Access to drive thru is a problem as the line backs up onto a busy main street. Exiting the lot is a disaster. There is no left turn permitted so going west from here is not possible.

Sat in line for over 25 mins for a chicken sandwich & a chicken basket the guy in front of me made it impossible to pull straight foward & had to maneuver & fix myself . As the girl at the drive through gave me dirty looks then drops my change all over the ground & shuts the window wait another 5-7 mins for her to come back & hand me my food n not say a word. I work in a food industry & a waitress at that & your always to be smiling & pleasant to your customers. Which she was not. Guess I’ll make the drive to Steubenville or east Liverpool for good service .
