We were pleasantly surprised, I haven’t been inside for quite a while. The girl that waited on us was super nice and friendly. The food was good we had coupons so the price was good for the way prices are now days.

Customer service was awful, 1 teenage girl was actually serving us and being nice but when she was away taking food to someone else, we asked another teenage worker for a lid for our sundaes she completely ignored us after we politely asked multiple times! We asked the other worker what her name was and she told us paisley!! Ultimately she made the experience awful for us

Today, i stopped after not stopping anywhere in St.C. I like the meal deals here, but every once in awhile when I really am wanting to enjoy that $7 meal, it disappoints me. The fries were cold and the chicken tenders were cold and tough. The sundae looked like you ran out of ice cream. Usually I brag this one in brookside is great, but then I have to eat my words.i don’t care whether I’m in a restaurant or getting fast food, I want it hot and being able to enjoy it. The staff usually is polite and the place is clean, but I want to enjoy what I just paid for. Got my food sp quick i knew something wasnt right.
Someone needs to check on how long fries and tenders sitting there. I wouldn’t think you’d want to hand out cold food.

Lisa makes it right. Doesn’t matter what any of the workers do wrong Lisa will fix it. So I have to change my rating an base it on the manager an not the employee’s. Well kinda the employees because of the I know for a fact the food an beverage’s aren’t up to par still. My fries were half empty when I pulled them out the bag. So not sure but management can’t do everything at once so theirs that. Not once lately has my fries or chicken been fresh an the wait has been 20 mins or more every time. It’s just not what it use to be.. but I want to end on a good note I’ll go back again because the manger care’s an it shows… Thankx
