I had to order some food for clients for a thing we were doing my boss accidentally ordered it for the wrong time what I thought was going to be a very frustrating event and a lot of driving, etc. turned out to be not so bad once the manager and the employee, Justinn put my mind at ease They were able to get it fired up immediately and very little Waite time and it was a pretty decent sized order and the food is fabulous. Oh God I’m so excited to eat.!!! I wanted to just thank them for everything they just did for me because I was able to get back to work at a decent time even with a 30 minute drive! The atmosphere is so welcoming and they have the holiday spirit up kids coloring pagers on the wall Supporting Children’s Hospital! The staff was all so friendly and deserve recognition for their hard work for maintaining the restaurant the way they are! So thank you! I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 10 years and now I work in mental health and I can honestly say people who work in restaurants don’t get paid enough for all the work they have to do on the daily! And thank you guys again for making my day much easier than it could’ve been!

Usually not bad but a few times I’ve been served cold food and raw or rare cooked bacon…and it was not rectified when confronted. Idk. It was good when it first opened, but it is not worth the hype anymore. I’ve been back a few times since then but I am not going to pay those prices if their food is not on point and fresh to order. I have not had a problem with their ice cream or desserts, however.

I understand mistakes happen but twice with the same order is actually ridiculous. I ordered a single patty backyard bbq ranch burger combo, a single plain cheeseburger burger to split between my dogs, and a small blizzard. They forgot my backyard bbq burger and didn’t realize until I got home not even five minutes away, called them and they said they knew they forgot it and would make a fresh one for me if I drove back. So I did, didn’t check the box since I trusted them to correct their mistake, open it up to a double cheeseburger with everything on it and I’m allergic to tomatoes (and yes ketchup too) and hate pickles. so nothing like what I actually wanted. So grateful I spent 20 dollars for a cheeseburger for the dogs, ice cream, a burger I can’t eat, and fries that I get to reheat now.

It was us n another couple only in there, we ordered a burger meal n 3 chicken tender meal. We got our Sundays first and then we ate them. N r food still wasn’t w us. It took about 20 mins to get our meal. So I take they r more worried about the drive thru then inside. So I recommend going through the drive thru.

The first time I came to this dairy Queen it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had from any place. (Extremely hostile) However that problem no longer works there anymore thankfully. (Young black kid that should not be talking to the public) My second time going there which was about 6 months later was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly and the food was great.

Onion rings and pretzels and we had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. So much for fast food. The pretzels were clearly frozen and not microwaved long enough. The onion rings couldn’t even hold their batter. I’m never going back.

Got a cotton candy blizzard, blue raspberry slushie and a banana split. All amazing. A1. Top tier. Get your ice cream from this Dairy Queen will not be disappointed!!

Came inside today. It’s a new location. My hot fudge sundae was melting when it came out so was our new dipped strawberry shortcake, maybe that’s why she didn’t turn upside down. Poured the some of the melted ice cream into the lid because the sundae was melting.
