Just got back home with my food and its burnt and the grease tastes old. I’ve only ever gotten golden brown tenders from DQ. The customer service was alright, but would rather have good food and bad service than what I experienced.

Came and ordered 2 meals, one was a plain cheeseburger. Had to repeat our entire order twice, confirmed side and drinks more than that. Got to window and asked her to repeat the order since she was seemingly having a hard time, she repeated back AGAIN a plain cheeseburger just to hand us one that was dressed. Asked for it to be corrected and they tried to pull our car after another several minute wait. We denied and had a cheeseburger out as soon as she closed the window. Another employee then came up and said we ordered wrong and that we needed to move instead of checking the one sand which they just handed us. Rude staff, long wait, and felt like none of them even wanted to be there. From the reviews this is not a new problem.

I’m not one to complain but It took over 45 minutes to get a pretzel, sandwich and a kids meal… I also ordered a blizzard. The lady said she would bring the blizzard & kids meal ice cream cone out before we got done eating but we never got it.. I went back in and asked for it.. waited another 30 mins and never received it or my blizzard. We ended up leaving without the ice cream we paid for. Terrible business & terrible service. I’ll never go back

We were the only ones in the drive thru, the girls taking our order took 10 minutes to figure out how to ring up 2 blizzards. Then didn’t even say to pull up to the window. We get up to the window and they were extremely rude. Also, every time we order food there they act like it’s an inconvenience for them. Then it comes out soggy. No customer service at all. I figured the new management would help but it’s just as bad.

The young lady working the drive thru seems totally annoyed by having customers. Seems more interested in joking around and having fun with her coworkers. We ordered two orders of cheese curds and was never given an option on dipping sauce. She put marinara in the bag and said that’s what cheese curds come with and we had to pay extra for ranch. I’ve always been asked what sauce I want. She charged another $1.58 for ranch and never gave us the ranch. Maybe that’s not the job for her.

if i could rate this place zero stars, i would. we waited in line for about 30 minutes. we got pretzel sticks and queso, by the time we got our pretzel sticks they were hard and cold. one of our queso’s had a hair sticking out of it. my boyfriend went in to get another queso and waited over 30 minutes INSIDE. he got to the counter and nobody asked him what he needed. he stood there for 10 minutes. awful service, poor cleanliness, never coming back here again.
