Every time I order here this place nails it! I get the $7 meal deal and I always feel super full when I leave, the atmosphere is also clean. Workers are quick to ask if you have been helped. The food is always super hot and fresh and the staff seems very kind. I live nearby and I enjoy supporting this restaurant. You can dine in which is super nice as well as some DQ’s do not offer indoor dining.

They were very nice. The ice cream was delicious. When I’m in town again I will definitely go back. I could not remember what it was called what I wanted so I described it to them. They figured it out and told me what it was. They made a hot fudge Sunday by accident and she asked me if I wanted it also. I hesited. She explained they would just throw it away if I didn’t take it. That was extremely nice of them. They did not have to offer that to me at all. They could of just pitched it. Definitely 5 star in my book. I did not give anything for Atmosphere cause I did not go in. Attitude a 10 star. I got ” Triple

Unfortunately, they don’t really put in any mix-ins here. My Fiancé and I were disappointed when we got our blizzards. I got a vanilla cheesecake blizzard, which I was told is supposed to have four helpings of cheesecake, and I had about 12 pieces total. We love DQ and are sad that we keep getting bad blizzards from this specific location 🙁

DQ definitely has under-rated burgers. They are so good and so much better than the “regular” fast-food burger places. Fries are hit and miss. My last order (last evening), they were soggy. Drive-thru service is great but sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Inside service can be so-so. Last night, I waited for 5 minutes while a girl had her back to me at the register. Finally, a young man came up and took my order. Lots of people in there, so it made it awkward trying to find a place to stand while waiting for my takeout order.

Ordered a cake online, I get there to pick it up and the order was not received. They immediately make it and don’t charge me. Excellent customer service! So very thankful they treated me so well and made it right!

Was checking out the menu for my elderly mother who bed bound. Idk who manages the web page for this location, but you may want to take a look at some of the pictures/titles listed here. There are some rather unsavory items and descriptions posted I’m fairly certain shouldn’t be on the menu. I think I’ll go to the fair avenue location instead….

First let’s talk about the service. When I pulled up to the window, the kid opened the window and just started at me until I gave him my method of payment, then shut the window. No hello, how are ya? Tell me my total, nothing. Didn’t even crack a smile. Then when we received our food, the girl who brought it out to us also didn’t crack a smile. Customer service is not a thing anymore?!?! And then I paid for a chicken box and received a total of like 13 french, dramatic ? Maybe but you can see the picture yourself. No I didn’t take any out either, I’m not petty.

Got one of the saddest “Choco Brownie Extreme” blizzards I have every gotten. It was practically vanilla. I would ask for chocolate ice cream instead (I have in the past) but then they think it is okay to just not add the chocolate sauce (though it would be better than what I got today). Bummer to spend over $5 on ice cream that is advertised one way and served another.
