December 22, I came in right before closing because my daughter wanted a Blizzard. I ordered one for her and one for myself — an Oreo Blizzard and a Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard. The Oreo Blizzard was fine, but the Choco Brownie Extreme? Seems like the brownies took the day off.
I submitted a complaint through the corporate website, and they said they would notify the franchise owner. It’s now been 53 days. Nothing. I even followed up a few days ago. So I formally requested escalation… we’ll see if that actually gets somewhere.
Reading other reviews, it seems whoever replies here doesn’t really care about customer service. No offers to fix problems, no “let us make it right” — just copy/paste statements that could have been written by AI. Other locations/businesses at least fix issues with a replacement or gift certificate; here it’s basically “thoughts and prayers.”
If the franchise owner or regional supervisor happens to read this: maybe it’s time to show that customer service actually matters?

5/11/25 update: We did go back and ordered 2 meals, 3 boxes of dilly bars, and a dip cone. Was shorted fries again – we won’t be going back for awhile.

Ordered the Chicken Strip Basket and ate in the dining area. The chicken strips were hot and crispy, but the rest of the meal was underwhelming. The gravy cup was only about half full, there were noticeably few fries, and the presentation felt more like something you’d expect tossed into a to-go bag rather than served for dining in.
It wasn’t a terrible meal, but for the price and setting, I expected a bit more care and consistency.

The time on the APP and the time on Google does not support their business hours. So after making an order on the app and being charged for it. I got to the store and they were inside cleaning and closed. No one would acknowledge me at the drive thru window or door. In effort to get information on at least being refunded.

I too can confirm they are now shorting on fries significantly compared to previous years. Not only that, they seemed to have changed the size of the container for the cheese curds to smaller than before. So now prices are raised significantly from previous years and we are definitely not getting our moneys worth. Very disappointing. Very anti consumer.

Please update your hours. I went through at 9:40 and finally the speaker said there were closed and took this pic at 9:43. I wouldn’t have left where I was to get here before you closed if I would have known you were closed

I’ve been to a lot of DQs over my life, and this one by far is consistently the quickest. Every time I’ve gone here the workers are friendly, and they clearly have a system that works for them. I will say I have yet to get any regular food here, I have only gotten ice cream related items.

I just ran into get a treat, I had to wait because the young high school student was very patiently trying to please a very difficult customer. He went above and beyond trying to satisfy this customer.

Lazy employees closed 15 minutes early. Told me to go through the drive through. I came in my scooter so I went into the drive thru. They took my order but the little kid taking out the trash was complaining about having to make the order so all of a sudden the lazy drive thru kid said oh wait you can’t come through ona scooter. It’s too dangerous. Oh ok so you close the lobby early and then you tell me no drive through because of safety. Lazy lazy lazy. Don’t support this place

Customer service here is a joke. The blonde at the drive-thru was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She demanded we move when it was physically impossible, then gave us attitude for pointing it out. To make matters worse, our order wasn’t even correct after she had us repeat it twice. If this is the standard management accepts, it speaks volumes. We won’t be back & I highly suggest avoiding this place.
