I ordered chicken fingers and fries well done, along with ice cream and got exactly that. It was fantastic! I will definitely be going back soon. Also even though I got carry out i had time to walk around as it cooked, the place seemed really clean and the staff was talkative. Keep up the good work

Used to love thia location. Lots of memories of it being THE DQ from my childhood. However my family’s experience tonight sucked. What modenr fast food restaurant if so cheap they wont offer free refills on fountain drinks? I asked for light ice and still got 1/2 a cup. Our ice cream was served to us immediately and had to sit and melt while we waited for our food. Which was fresh, but our dine in order was given to us in a to go bag with everything smashed in to fit (3 meals and a order of pretzel sticks in one of the smaller sized bags). With the fight for food to be affordable these days, being cheap on your more expensive menu isnt the right direction. Probably done here for good.

No free refills on Pepsi? Cup was 3/4 ice to begin with. Apparently $7 meal deals do not qualify for refills. That’s a first. From what other reviews mention, this DQ is under new/unique/stingy management.
Not in Hilliard often anymore and generally speaking, I’m happy about that more and more these days.
Food was hot FWIW but it was dead during prime dinner time so they had no choice but to make my food fresh.

They consistently overcook everything, it’s kind of hilarious. We have gone several times over the past 9 months and had burnt buns on almost every burger, way overdone fried chicken and fries that are dark brown and dry, and dry black charred burgers. Trying to order is difficult as much of the staff doesn’t seem to speak much English. Good luck trying to order anything custom. The building and lot is also quite run down and looks sad. Depressing to see Dairy Queen like this.

If there was an option for zero stars i would select that. The current ownership of this location is an appalling abomination of a once proud brand. Zero service acumen, worse zero common sense. Accidentally made online order for 1 hour later than I intended. Understood it was my mistake. Owner / manager flippantly told me to come back in one hour and would not make my order despite having the itemized confirmation and confirmed payment. Told me twice it was my fault not theirs in front of my twin 8 year old daughters who just wanted ice cream. Not splitting the atom here, just make the blizzards. Yes my mistake on time. Unfathomable to me that they refused to make the order for one hour with my confirmation in hand. I’m sure Warren Buffet would be proud.

Shame bc this used to be the good Diary Queen. I got a flamethrower burger and a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. The bun was stale and tough and the patties were burnt. The cheese between the patties wasnt even melted! No fresh burgers here. They are definitely cooking the burgers way beforehand and then “reheating” them. The blizzard’s mixed in chocolate pieces had a weird aftertaste, and it had hardly any chocolate sauce. Huge section of unblended vanilla in the middle.

Prob worst tasting DQ burger I’ve ever had. Burnt to a crisp and tasted like it was Reburned from yesterday. Really over cooked and not your typical Dairy Queen burger. They must be really messing this up or using different meat for their burgers because it tasted nothing like a normal Dairy Queen burger will not visit this location again.

Words cannot describe this DQ experience! Those workers know how to make you smile! Kind employees and DELICIOUS ice cream. Great prices and great environment. I recommend anything cocoa fudge!

Guy with the glasses that took my order today really showed off his customer service skills when he filled a bag (that was obviously too small for my order) to the brink and crumpled up some greasy napkins as a cute little topper! He proceeded to give me some melted blizzards with ice cream running down the sides of the cup and no lids, then forgot an order of fries that I was charged for which is just awesome! Soon as he handed me my food he closed and locked the window as he said “have a good day” very fast almost as if he knew I was in a hurry! The way my food was going all over my car and ice cream was leaking all over my cup holders made my drive home so delightful that I just wanted to turn around and thank him for this wonderful service ❤️
