I visited the location with my wife, and about 8 miles down the road, I realized that my Blizzard was made incorrectly. I was understandably disappointed. Upon returning to the store, I requested to speak with the manager, Richard A. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would be happy to remake the Blizzard.
Richard went above and beyond to rectify the situation, exceeding my expectations.

Visited today and clerk at window argues with us that a medium sundae is small size. I checked out samples in the inside area. She didn’t know the difference with samples in front of her. Ty for short changing us.

Decent burgers. No seasoning on them but, better than most.

Came to get breakfast and got a huge mess. I understand trying to be nice to customers and giving them more gravy, but try not to give them a mess. It took me 15 minutes to clean up the conatiners from the gravy that had emptied itself into the bag.
The food tasted good. It was just too messy to fully enjoy.
The employees were nice and courteous.
I had ordered gravy and biscuits with a side of eggs.
Continue the good service, just slow down and be mindful of the amount of gravy someone could actually want or need.
This truly is a good place to eat.

This Dairy Queen needs a whole new staff or a Store Manager that actually trains their employees correctly because if I am paying almost $4 dollars for an ice cream cone it; needs to be made better then what was handed to me. And the service was terrible. Definitely need to have staff that serves with a smile instead of a look that could kill. Definitely won’t be giving my business to you all anymore. I will drive to Campbellsville or Somerset where I know I will get treated as a paying customer should and will receive my product with a smile. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

I went in this evening (7:20)to pick up an order that I placed on the app. There were several older women standing around. They were waiting for food and talking horribly about the young people working. I tried to ignore them, but there came a point where I had enough. I spoke up and said, “you really should give them a break; they are working as hard as they can.” One of the women said, they are just standing around. (There was not a single worker doing anything but giving 110%.) The women then snarkily told me that I didn’t know anything if I thought they were doing a good job. I told her with a smile on my face that I lived in another county and came to this location because they always got my order right and it was always fresh. Then I stepped around her to reach the counter. These people continued to talk trash about the staff. My order was ready quickly, was correct, and yummy as always. The crew that was working tonight deserves kudos and a raise for not slapping those people.

The last time I visited this location was last summer and I enjoyed the food and the drive thru employees were very friendly and made you feel welcome. I was in the area and decided to stop and get a bite to eat. Employee at the speaker was rude and sounded like they didn’t wanna be there and didn’t care. Window lady was a little bit more friendly but I felt like I was being rushed. Food was okay but this place definitely needs better employees that treat customers with more respect. I wish the service was like it was before. The young lady who worked the drive thru before was always friendly and always made me feel welcome and important. Put that person talking to customers or at least someone as nice as her!
