We used to eat here often. I remember now why we stopped going. Went through drive thru. It wasn’t busy. Placed a very simple order. Spent over 25 for 2 sandwiches and 2 small cups of soft serve. My order was wrong. The food that I did get was poorly put together..total slop. Bacon was half raw. Way too much sauces on sandwiches. It was awful and wrong. I will never go back.

This D.Q is the worst one I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is very slow. The food is never hot. Fries are soggy. Toast isn’t even toasted and no butter on it. They give a small piece of chicken and consider it a strip. If you place a mobile order you get there and its never ready. (Isn’t that the point of ordering ahead? )

We came to the window to pay and wanted to add a sundae to the order. Also, I asked for a soda to go with my shrimp basket. They said the shrimp basket didn’t come with a drink but said it was too late to order one and too busy too add the sundae to the order. There were two cars behind us. The last time I was there and ordered a shrimp basket thru the drive thru and when I arrived at my friends to eat it was a chicken basket. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAIRY QUEEN.

Absolutely horrible service I called three times and each time they answered every time said a word or two, then hung up on me whoever was working this shift and answering phones is a horrible worker and straight up just a mean person in general.

Ice cream was awesome. As always. The turn off was when all of the employees, probably 4 or 5, stood behind the counter and used profanity in conversation. I am grown and can handle a little profanity in the right situation but this was just not it. If you must use this language at work, at least keep it private. Customers should never hear the words that I heard.

Good environment good food. I won’t say that their food is bad but sometimes burger is a little dry. Overall still give a A to dairy queen. Employees are always friendly, service is always on point. Truthfully I’ve only had one burger that came back a little dry other then that I recommend them.
