Got there no one was at front counter for a good 7-10 minutes. Our food set on transfer bin while she waited on everyone in drive thru. Food was hot but my coffee was luke warm said it was because I added creamer but I work fast food and adding creamer wouldn’t have any bearing on the coffee temp to that degree. Service was friendly and helpful. It was nice and clean but it was very very cold. And it was actually warmer outside than it was outside. 61F outside.

I pulled into Dairy Queen‘s drive-through window behind two other vehicles 35 minutes before closing time. The vehicles in front of me got waited on and when I got up to the menu, nobody ever said anything for five minutes, so I drove on around to the window and a young lady came to the window and said we’re closed because the ice cream machine quit working! That is ridiculous! She closed right in front of me and there was no one behind me at the time. I believe that young lady needs to go back through basic training.

2 times this week! Went for ice cream cone and was told they didn’t have chocolate ice cream and couldn’t do a twist cone. Went back tonight and they said only one flavor at a time and couldn’t do a twist cone. Seriously Dairy Queen, you have 1 job…ice cream. Get it together. There are too many ice cream places in this area and you would think that you would do all you can to get the business. This is NOT the forst time this has happened but I can assure you it will be the last!

Ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger combo but received a single cheeseburger. Was told they would have to make patties. I requested a refund. Manager finally came from the back and had zero empathy or apologies. I will not return while this location.

I came at 10 to get late night ice cream for my family on a Saturday, there is a line of 4 cars ahead of me and 2 cars behind me. We have been sitting for 25 minutes now, as we see the worker inside, teenage girls, glancing out the window yet not taking any orders. After 28 minutes of sitting in line, one working came out with a hand full of food heading to their car and told the car behind me they are closed. And proceeded to their vehicle. I myself had to let the rest of the line know they just said they are closed. What a waste of time, terrible service for not letting us all know sooner they closed at 10 and the online time saying 11 is wrong.

Closed the lobby 45 minutes early. Walked with my entire family to get ice cream. Then they said we could walk through the drive through, so we reluctantly did. Then someone else said we couldn’t do that and allowed us to come in.
Male employee was rude to my wife but not in front of me. She told me after the fact for his safety.

Why are the doors locked an hour before closing. Are they that incompetent at their jobs? Can’t get orders right. Tables always dirty. Very rude.
Update the employees were very nice. Still the dining room was disgusting the floors were sticky. They were out of everything. DQ take away this owner and get someone that can run the place right!!!
