My grandfather said: My wife and I would like to send a shout out to a young lady named KeKe who works at the local Dairy Queen. After getting our order from the counter,we decided to sit outside,but with all the rain we had the tables were wet. I went inside to see if I could get something to dry them off,and without hesitation Keke grabbed supplies and not once,not twice,but three times she went back into the store and got supplies to dry the table. This young lady exhibited true customer service and made our visit very enjoyable. Thank you for making our day a little more pleasant.

Pretty upset about my recent visit with this Dairy Queen, we went through the drive through because my son was asleep so I tried ordering by the food, but the older lady working the drive through kept cutting me off and then being short and rude with us that we ending up not getting several items and just paid for whatever was already in the computer! We tried explaining that the speaking box was playing not only her voice but other younger woman voice so it kept switching back and forth(or playing both at the same time) when the younger person voice came across it wasn’t obvious that she wasn’t talking to us until the second time but the First Lady got upset. I know it sounds confusing which is why I waited a week to even write this but I can’t get over how disappointing and disorganized this place was. There wasn’t a rush in the line or inside so to be so upset with someone who was trying to ask which person was actually taking the order.

Branden/Brandon was absolutely amazing he greeted me politely and took my order when my order was done I wanted to eat outside he wiped the table off so I could enjoy my lunch my blizzard melted b4 I got to eat it & he also replaced it as well

The last few times I’ve been through here, my order has been wrong. That I can kind of live with. This last time, I got the Alaskan cod fish and was going to add some sauce to it, but when I opened my sandwich, the lettuce was rotten. My wife and I are done eating here. Give the fish to my trash can, along with the meal.

WTF? My receipt shows I made an order at 3:16 for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I walk up to the counter at 3:33 only to find the WRONG sandwich in a bag (when I said I was dining in). Took another 8 minutes to finally get what I ordered (just one sandwich). What happened to paying attention? I thought lettuce went ON the sandwich, not below it. See photo.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I asked for it to be Minecraft themed and the lady said she could do it. When i picked the cake up, it literally looked like they grabbed a premade cake, wrote ‘minecraft’ on it and called it a day . The colors didn’t even match the image i showed her. It tastes alright, but def won’t be ordering another cake from here.

The Cheese curl were fresh and hot. The $7 dollars burger No good at all. Don’t have tomatoes, lettuce, onion ect… was plain and cold. Half of the French Fries were saggy and cold, some warm. I do not recommend the fries. The teller was nice and the environment relax but I’ll recommend the burgers o Fries. Sincerely.
