So my niece’s 19th birthday happened to day and she wanted a special cake specifically strawberry swirl but that didn’t exist so they got up and made it for her this morning these people are the sweetest people I have ever met and this is the best DQ I have ever been to. THE CAKE TASTED AMAZING .

The chicken fingers sizes have gotten ridiculous! They were already small but have gotten even smaller. I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender combo, and it’s like they took the equivalent of two chicken tenders and cut them into 6 pieces. I’m so upset by this. It’s cheating the customers out of food. This is not right. It makes me not to want to go back.

The drive-thru is really hairy. If you’re in a truck you’re going to have a hard time getting to the payout window. The blizzards are served with the lid because the ice cream is almost at melting stage. You get more of a milkshake than you do a frozen blizzard. I’ve never once got a full blizzard each one comes about 3/4 the way full. The blizzards are not blended properly, therefore halfway through your blizzard is just plain ice cream.

The food sucks the service is worse the lady was absolutely rude and tried charging us for a coke we didnt want we said 2 drinks not 3 drinks and she caught an attitude because we said we dont drink coke and that we aren’t paying for it nor did we want it very scrappy place and they are too expensive for a meal with 1 extra drink and 1 extra fry was almost $30 outrageous….

Update after response from owner. So I stopped in for a couple of shakes. Do you not have a cooler/freezer. And what is up with the whip cream? Is there a shortage.
A few days before, got 4pc chicken strip meal that was superb. Not this day close to noon, it should have been fresh and scrispy, but was dried, tough, and old tasting.

This Dairy Queen was in Thompkinsville,Ky.They said outside speaker wasn’t working yet that wasn’t the problem at all.The problem was language barrier.They still could not repeat the order back even at 10 mins at the window.Will not be going back to this location.
