They had like 10 people working this evening, and almost all of them were just standing around talking. They had 3 cars in the drivethru, me being 1 of them, and it took over 30 minutes to leave. They love to make you pull forward so their timer stops ticking, reminding them of how slow they’re going. Also, i have been here 3 times, and they have never flipped the shakes, like DQ is proud of. Another thing, idk what they’re doing, but their cheeseburgers always give my wife and I diarrhea.

For $40 I expect more from DQ .not the same place I gave 4stars to not even two years ago …just figured ID do a follow up I went through the drive-thru and ordered a peanut buster parfait with no nuts I come to the window I got a peanut buster parfait with nuts I pull forward they make me another one guess what it’s a peanut. buster parfait with nuts again these young teenagers running the window are incompetent I don’t know if they’re not listening or just not trained well but something needs to change..and check out these Sundays ridiculous

Breakfast is nice. Needs improvement with night shift. Payed 14 bucks for 2 chocolate mint shakes and a brownie ala mode, all of which lacked either flavoring, or just a baby portion of ice cream. To say underwhelmed is an understatement.

This location does not give a single crap about your doordash order. They mess it up every single time, will say it’s your fault if they accept an order but don’t make it, or leave out 30 bucks worth of food and blame it on the driver despite bags still being sealed and dependable delivery from anywhere else. Garbage- order from mcdonalds if you use DD.

I am a die-hard fan of the Peanut Buster Parfait. The combination of salty peanuts and hot fudge are the perfect marriage of sweet and salty. The cold ice cream juxtaposes the warm hot fudge. But lately when I’ve ordered it I’ve been duped. I got chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. Very disappointed. So, either they don’t the difference…or they think I don’t. Overall, I would recommend them, because they do make a good chicken basket. But the place always looks like it could use a good cleaning.

Traveling through from southern Illinois back to Nashville. I have no idea where I even am right now because I took the scenic route to avoid the interstate. I wanted to sit down for a minute and have a meal break. Super friendly staff brought my food to the table. I got the chicken strip basket and the chicken was perfect and gravy amazing! Bathrooms were clean and dining room spotless. So happy to stop here for a quick break. Wherever I am.

Their Blizzards are great; however their food, prices of their food & their service is not much to be desired. The total is always more than it should be (even with coupons) & when questioned..they don’t know why..or even act like they care. I don’t mind teenagers working..but I don’t think there is any adult supervision. It’s very frustrating especially when you are on your 30 minute lunch break & don’t have time to go anywhere else. Plus recently they haven’t had any large cups..but will charge for a large & give you a medium drink. When dining in..the drink machine is right up front & interferes with counter customers waiting for their food.

The people are for the most part good and try their best, but some of them you can tell here working there. It needs a remodel or a really good cleaning and some new equipment. The Coke machine is constantly out of calibration as the drinks taste odd. As for the food it tastes very cheap which it is. I only eat here when I am not given a choice.
