I sure dont like to be this person but here goes. I stopped in to get 2 of the Valentine Cupcakes. 2 for $6. After I ordered I learned they were going to have to make them. Ok fine. No problem. The worker brought out a tray of about 15 of them. They already had the bottom layers in the cups and just needed the ice cream, frosting and sprinkles. I’d love to say that she made the two I ordered and got me on my way, but that wasn’t the case. She proceeded to add the ice cream to ALL 15 cups first and struggled with the amount of ice cream she was adding to the cups. It was a mess. After the last one was filled with ice cream it was obvious that the first ones had already started to melt. Next came the frosting. The worker had to send a team member to get some scissors to open the frosting bag and then to get the frosting tip to fit the bag. I seriously considered canceling the order and asking for my money back but these were a surprise for someone special tonight. Ha!
The frosting was piped on in a tall tower formation. Obviously, the worker wasn’t trained on this whatsoever so I don’t hold them at fault one bit. Frosting in place she added the lids. But there were no sprinkles and I asked about them. She agreed she forgot them and grabbed the rainbow sprinkles and threw them on there.
I’ll let the picture speak for itself.
I had two coworkers that got two of these earlier in the day and they were beautiful and they raved about how good they were. So I planned to grab them after work to surprise someone. I should have thrown them out the window. TRAINING is key with new products. If a team member hasnt been trained then dont put them in that situation. Presentation is a very vital part of promotional success. Nobody cares about anything anymore and I welcome our AI robot overlords in the near future.

I used to love this place and still respect the people there.
Unfortunately I believe the owner discriminate against houseless homeless people. Even though I patronize this this particular Dairy Queen.
On a daily or a semi-daily basis , So I spend $7-14 dollars a day.. and today this is the first time that I have not been able to recharge our phone. Nothing wrong with the plug. Just the people who discriminate. And this was an outside plug that even employees use

Took thirty minutes to get food, then was cold. They remade it, but clearly reheated the pretzels, as they are as hard as a rock. At least the manager was polite. Not going again
